All these questions are answered in the future the WeatherHub home surveillance system in this convenient app in combination with a variety of wireless sensors for your home. You need to operate this App only the necessary hardware, consisting of a gateway and mind. A sensor of your choice (eg WeatherHub starter cat.no. 31.4001.02).
About the wireless sensors with an Internet connection via your gateway, you can retrieve with WeatherHub all information from your world through your smartphone. Via push notification you will be alerted immediately when problems occur and can prevent greater damage as through specific action.
After you in the AppStore for free the app WeatherHub have downloaded, it is (plug and play) after installation for immediate use.
- A personal registration is not required.
- Now connect to the gateway to the power adapter and your router.
- Then insert batteries in the selected radio sensors.
- Open the app, scan the codes of the wireless sensors and you can retrieve all the data recorded with your smartphone and check the current status of your home
- anytime, from anywhere.
- The self-explanatory graphical user interface of the app is intuitive and can be customized to suit your needs. Insert for each wireless sensor its own name, and set up a specific alarm limits.
The WeatherHub system is expandable with many other wireless sensors.

The app stopped working altogether and there is no reply to my emails. Disappointment! *Update after 5 days: I have received an answer today and will keep this review updated once the problem is fixed. **Update after 8 days: TFA said that my initial email ended up in their SPAM. Once they replied, they were very helpful and we found out that the problem originated in my router. It's working now. Thank!
"This app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly. Try checking for update, or contact the developer." Android 9 | Please, UPDATE YOUR APP! I really like your weather sensors ecosystem, but without good working app is unuseful :-( As same as GUI which is really outdated. I don't have a problem with functionalities, but with design which was outdated already in 2015. TFA, invest in your customers!
In general a pretty stable client with a GUI that could be enhanced since it's a server statistical report. Some nice to have features: - a graphical reprezentation of the history for all types of temperature and humidity sensors - file exporter (e.g. XML, CSV, etc.)
Unable to export data from app to pc. All I get in the email is a text saying weatherstation_export.zip but it is in text format and not a zip file to open. Tried everything. Very disappointed.
It is simple and if needed it is possible to see history. It is quite stable. I can always watch the situation at our vacation house and know if it is necessary to switch on heating, etc...
user interface is old and ugly but it does the job. is the only sensor that could connect to a hub on the distance that I have and through hard walls
The app works, but is very old-fashioned in design and user interface. No graphs showing the measurements over time, for example.
Please TFA, please update the graphics and the way the app works. I just used the Observer website which looks clean and is intuitive. The app is different and so outdated.
The application works and do deliver the desired results, but it is quite dated, it will be nice to see an application a little more appealing to the eye.
Horrible design, half of functional do not work. Also there are graphics on screenshots, that not exist in the app.
App designed well but notification settings for sound or vibration is required to take immediate action

Only app...it works
I would like the data to be able to be received by either Google Assistant or Home Assistant (hassbian) it would be nice to ask Google how the weather is, and it took the actual data from outside, and not a forecast.
The app shows the last data that the server received from the sensors. In that sense it works. But the app UI is not top class, not a nice look and feel, not intuitive and a bit buggy. The dashboard shows a big advertisement of TFA products, which makes no sense.
Hardware works fine is also quite precise, quite fine for home use. The software is pure junk, hangs and is quite basic. No history graphs for my sensors you can see only numbers. If you expect graphs this is just marketing. The graphs show up only on a few expensive sensors, the basic temperature and temperature+humidity sensors show no graphs. I'm quite disappointed 😞.
On the dashboard there's an advert showing other products. Is there a way of getting rid of this. I find it quite irritating. The app is ok but not great. The sensors work fine. There's not much detail of how to install the sensors or how to use the app.
Error always occurs when I try to export the data
couldnt import my valid sensors..
App has unrelated permissions. Retrieve running apps and reading accounts on device not related with the app. Generally this permissions uses for watch user and phone. Generating private data from user. This permissions must remove the app.

liked it, does its job well
It functions as promised and is pretty stable. During one year, I have lost connection once and had to reset the gateway to re-establish it. TFA's decision to tie many of the features, like graphic analysis etc., to hardware instead of software is a disadvantage. The user interface is disturbingly outdated, but it works. Developers, please update the visual interface and bring it to 2021. I will then rate it four stars.
