For those that are complaining about the alerts at all times of day and night, you need only go to app settings and disable the alert. For the text messages, select the conversation, select the settings for that conversation and mute. I still get updates, but have to actually look at them, I get zero audible alerts now. 📢
Can't turn off alerts even if settings show they are off. Very annoying to constantly get voice alerts throughout the day and night. Even when the phone is turned to silent.

Downloaded and won't let me create an account to even see what the app is like... was hoping to link to radarscope
Terrible app. Twice at 1130pm it says without opening the app, lightning it detected even though I turned off all all notifications in the app settings and my do not disturb is on! Now it doesn't show the event just does the voice. So similar to other complaints, don't support the app until they severely improve it at all.
Last update in July 2017 make controlling the alert notifications uncomfortable. I turned off all alerts and I still get the alerts ring tones and voice announcements for my company assets. I am uninstalling the app until it is fixed.
Can't access the settings. Every time I try it closes the app. My work is paying for this, to use for work. I'm going to suggest that we don't use this anymore if it doesn't get fixed.
This is a great app to get notifications of weather happenings wherever I am located at the time. It does ask for a log in and a password the first time. Type in 'test' for both as another reviewer has mentioned. Set up which alerts you want and wait for weather to happen :) edit 11-10-15 after the last update the app force closes when trying to open it. Had to go into application settings and clear the cache for this app and the it opens and works just fine.
Login/pass = test. . I dont know why they implemented a login pass for a weather app. Kinda silly. But the app is still there and excelent.

app is not able to be used now as you must sign in but no where to create an account on the site or in the app so noone can use it now..old ver didnt require this and still works
Fantastic at all your weather needs. I have to use this for work, and I wish there was a way to turn off notifications. I have tried turning down volume, phone dial to silent, even turning off notifications at a system level. And still at 3am I get loud lightning alerts telling me when they strike and 30 minutes later when they clear. I'm to the point where I'm going to turn off my phone when I sleep. Fix this ASAP!
