The app provides many features, including: pinpoint weather conditions from nearby weather stations (not just from airports like many weather apps), nearby weather cameras, real-time push notifications of severe weather alerts, hourly and daily forecasts, unlimited favorite places, and our exclusive interactive weather map designed for mobile devices.
Real-time push weather alerts can be set for any location across the USA, including all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Our advanced weather alerting system has been in operation for 8 years and provides critical weather alerts to businesses and individuals across the country. Our system allows you to select only the alerts you wish to receive. Select only tornado warnings, or select custom sets of alerts including severe thunderstorm watches, flood warnings, and tropical alerts. Then, select alerts for your GPS location or for a home or office. Advanced users will enjoy access to Area Forecast Discussions, Mesoscale Discussions, and Severe Weather Outlooks pushed right to your device. Our push service is faster and avoids the battery drain of other alerting apps that "poll" for alerts.
Subscribers to our Weather Alerts Premium service have access to alerting for unlimited locations and removal of ads from the app. More advanced features for Premium subscribers are coming soon, including forecast model layers on our WeatherNet Live map.
Our weather forecasts come from from the NDFD (National Digital Forecast Database) at the National Weather Service, which is among the best weather forecast available. Other apps often use only computer model output or show the forecast for a nearby city which may be many miles away.

If I ever want to find out about the weather, this one works most of the time. Once in awhile, some stations don't play on here. I like that I can get the latest weather update for any location i choose at the simple touch of a button.
Keeps telling me that I have Weather alerts but when I select the icon in the status bar, it shows me that there are no weather alerts. Pretty much useless for weather alerts.
Just what I wanted. Clean interface at a glance with all the necessary info. Hate the annoying ads though. Wish there was a paid version.

I so want this to be a great weather app but it missed animated radar and there's no way to pay to get rid of ads. Would also be good if the web cams worked. They don't. Still no live radar and a way to pay for getting rid of ads. And one year later. Still no animated radar. When is "next version"? It has been a couple of years and no new version. Still waiting!
This is an easy to use app that provides more information than most weather apps! The frost alert saved my tropical trees!

Like the map of my area that shows incoming weather precip.
Boy, I wish I could use this app. Living in Tornado Alley, I really need something that tells me where the tornado is, where it is headed and at what speed. That would give me time to reach safety. At 73 years of age, I need all the time I can get. The problem is this; I have downloaded and installed OK but I cannot set up anything in the different departments, absolutely nothing. I am sorry.
I tried to start an account so that i could receive alerts but it told me that 2 of my email addresses were invalid so i was not able to register.
The weather is not up to date in staus bar please fix in next update and update the GPS location to find current location and fix the forecast charts in the app too the the temp and condition in the stausbar is not auccuract please fix in next update

Great weather app. I do wish but there was a function to be able to receivesevere thunderstorm warnings and tornado warnings for the entire country. Great graphical displays of a ton of data. Some placefiles may need updating but overall a great app.
