Ok, so we know that technology has brought so many people to use apps! I like to "catch up" on the news, weather and such! Don't take this as it's all bad, because I do like the app and what it gives as the end result!!! But...I open the app and it pops up an add, I read a news posting and the app closes! There are so many adds in this app that it's disgusted me to open it! I like the apps propose, I just really am annoyed with the adds!
Useless. A Breaking News Alert takes you to a box where you click "OK". Okay what? Send me to the news story, isn't that the whole purpose? Very rarely do I actually get connected to the topic of a notification. Do the story first, then send the notification. Just a thought. Can't rate zero or I would.
Thank you so much for bringing back the WRITTEN FORECAST to this app. I have severe anxiety during storms, and so being able to come on here and read what you guys are saying helps a lot. I just saw that it got brought back, and I'm really hoping that's a permanent fixture and not just there because of this cold we're having.
Notification for stories pop up but when you click on them it just brings you to the home page and not the actual story. Then can't even find the story on the app at all. Worthless.
Agree with others, news alert comes up & when clicking on it takes you to home page. Also receive notification at 5:15 am of a general story coming up, no way to select what times of day you want notices and have it separated by breaking news & a general news story.
Few glitches need to be worked out such as the page going back to the top after you back out of a news story. Waaaàaay better than WQOW'S app!!! Miss the written daily forecast though. Still, it's my favorite local news app. By far!
Fails to open on a regular basis
Way too many ads. Full screen ads seem very intrusive. I'll get my news from a different provider.
Ever since the updated. All I get is ads not local news. To get your news have to go to my Internet browser instead of using this news app.
App has a hard time loading from time to time and doesn't work very well. Also they added a stupid candy crush video you have to watch to use the stupid app.
The old version stopped working and after reinstalling the app, it only shows ads, no news.
I am deliting your news app on my phone . I don't need to see a full page advertising Joe Biden and asking for a donation the minute I open up the news. You're not bias at all. I will be getting my news from LA Crosse.
Weau is extremely far left leaning and biased. They are only here to help push an agenda and misinform people. One of the worst new stations I have seen... go elsewhere for you news.
Very confusing.run the app first then reload the widget. What the hell does that mean and how do you do it? Of course, what do you expect in Wisconsin.
terrible app. 5% of the time I can get it to actually work. what a waste. Too bad we could use a good weather/news app.
It's a good news source when it works.... most of the time it takes over a minute to load the app
They put out a narrative. New covid cases. But how so many have survived through their cases to make it ACTUAL JOURNALISM. Just propaganda. Other sites should learn from this.

Stopped updating the news. Been the same for about 2 months.
It doesn't work, I have to uninstall and reinstall, I use it once and to do it again
no way to turn off vibrate notifications. i just want visual.
Liked it 5 stats when u could scroll down and read the weather.
The only thing that shows up in this app anymore is ads.

Too many ads when you get a notification of a story it doesnt take you to the article, you have to search for it, then you probably won't be able to find it. It takes for ever to load and there are at least 3 ads that pop up before it does load! I'd love to have an app for the local news and breaking news but this app isnt it. I dont recommend this app unless you love ads!!!
