Web Banking – BGL BNP Paribas

When I fill in Transfer orders very often screen freezes and I need to reconnect and fill in Data again and sometimes 2 times, very frustraiting.

Can you tell me how can I use this app with luxtrust mobile (I HAD NO CHOICE) and only one phone? When I switch to Luxtrust to enter the OTP the authentication starts again. This is insane.

Credit card transaction alerts appear after 3 days when they are settled not when you transact. There is no consolidated view where you get to see all account at once. Why to show mortgage ads to everyone everyday. No one wants to see the simulation everyday; put it somewhere else, not on first view. However there are some cool features. One of them is that you can open sub accounts from the app.

Compared to other banking apps (N26, Erste) this app is pretty mediocre. I made this review to complain about a single issue: when doing a transfer order and after passing the window for inserting the IBAN of receiver, you arrive at window of 'Amount' and 'Usage'. Well, after entering a single letter into Usage, it closes the field, makes the keyboard disappear and you are at a very high risk to press the button 'Send Transfer'. This is impossible if the Amount field is still empty though.

Can't even log on ! While putting information, the loading time never ends !!! Tried 6 times, lost an hour, no result. One star is too much.

App crashes from today on Samsung androids 06.01.2022 when you login and want to make transfer, it closes automatically. I deleted then reinstalled again,but its same problem

It's a good app bust as an android user still misses the "FINGER PRINT" login. If that would be integrated, then it should much easier to use. iOS devices have that option but not android users, but i guess you know that. Update:- Still no fingerprint reading for accessing the webbanking app. It is annoying as hell to always have the token with you to just check you bank records... Please make it happen.

Bad app. It doesn't allow transfers. It shows an error message each time I enter my token numbers in order to validate the payment. Wasting my time to attempt several times but nothing works. Please improve the features.

Ordering a card results in a card only being ordered for the main account, always. Trying to type in the app feedback box results in a flicker and focus being removed. Luxtrust does not work unless bgl app is reinstalled AFTER luxtrust is setup (unreliable compared to token). Transfers always take 24 hours, even from your own account to another account of yours (seemingly a BGL issue rather than the app). Not up to the standard of most banks online banking.

One of the worst banking apps I have ever used. Often crashes, no option to modify the dashboard layout, aggressive pushing of useless services like "Genius messages" or loans. Ads of their products in the app. Very poor first impression.

This app is horrible and makes everything so much harder than it actually should. Why is there no option to turn off the token everytime you log in? Why is there no fingerprint scanner on android? It also crashes so many times. And that design is horrible in my opinion. It's one of the worst banking apps compared to the competitors, some major changes would be really appreciated! Im not the only one that thinks like that judging from the last reviews. You will lose customers like this!

So many issues with the app and shutting down. Ive used correct usef name and password no entry . Called customer service they say "update app" did just that and still no entry. I also uninstalled the app and tried again...nothing! Frustration has hit a whole new level!

Dear BGL, The login to the application stopped working on my android 9.1 version. Sometimes I had the issue, cleaning cache helped, but not now. I use the latest verion of the app. On of the issues was blocking of my home IP address by POST.

I never seen a Banking App throwing so many technical error. Every time when I login it give some 5 technical error message. And often it crashes. Why are you asking for luxtrust password even for login even tough we need to enter the secret password. its annoying. you can ask secret password for login and checking movements. And luxtrust password for making transfer. Thos is how other banking apps does. Please invest on improving the quality and performance of this app.

If there was a "ZERO Star" I would have considered it as the most appropriate evaluation. I have used many bank app and this is the worst one. User experience is poor and painful. Theay target the moon and cannot neither stand on most simple and basic feature. I really hope this will get better.

Since the new update, the app crashes when trying to use it. Especially when trying to send an in app message or perform a transfer. Very frustrating

This vote is related exclusively to the app: the bank itself is good, but it's almost 2022 and this app is the opposite of user-friendly. Please hire some UX/UI engineers and reshape it! Trust me, you cannot go much farther with this app, you won't attract the new generations.

Had a review 2 years ago, now I am sure that the application is probably the worst in all google app store. Cant log in to check my funds, make payments etc. Only from a computer so missing the point of using the app.

After last update you have to try 10 times to log in and 50 times to make a bank transfer... Even between your own accounts... "technical error" on every screen... Come on, it is a bank app and 2020... You make it very difficult to access my money....

Can't open app, it doesn't go beyond the white screen with the logo. Not very encouraging.

Bank Transfer does not work (button "next" does not react). The app used to work fine but currently seems to have issues. Hope they will be fixed soon! Please inform us when.

Badly programmed app, too many unexpected shutdown, you can only access when you are on wifi, transfer go wrong 9/10 times....

Very bad working with mobile data connection. All the time errors or not accept biometric data for entrance, could you please fix that issue? Thank you!

Again a new update or a change /maintenance the 5th of September and doesn't work anymore.. No accounts shown and message " loading error "..On the main screen.. Congratulations!

Latest update doesn't work. The app will not work when using WiFi, it only works with mobile data.
