I had nearly gone nuts, over the past year, attempting to transfer Web based data into my research projects. My trusty PC and Office 2010 had done the yeoman work for years. But times "they are'a chang'n". Since an Android tablet joined my staff 9 months ago, it has become the busiest tool in my work... At the gathering front end of things. 'Tables' have been the one gritty problem: I need text, numbers and graphics collected on-line, to paste in the same formatted columns and rows, into my projects. None of the so-called "Office" for Android devices seem able to do this. I must admit, my own ignorance could be to blame, yet after testing the process with the leading 5 titles: paste a table = unformatted text. And who enjoys starting from scratch to build an 8 column X 200 row table design, then fill in each cell? (knowing full well dozens of errors have been added also!) Thank you Green Elephant!
Clips to evernote without showin clip...go to evernote and the whole page is there with top advertisment ...jooooke
Kind of works but the pages saved don't look anywhere near as good as the Web Clipper Chrome extension on my desktop browser - the font is huge for starters. Kind of regret spending money on this.
If the web page has an ad banner on top or bottom, this app won't clip it properly. I have to copy and paste myself.
Actually clips entire page to evernote, not just the link. Update: no longer saves page, only URL
Works much better than the "share to Evernote" feature already enabled on my phone.
Since the last update, evernote does it all on android. farewell good friend, you have been a great help
Finally a full featured, cross browser app that can capture the entire page (or just the link if that is preferred) and send it to Evernote. Create tags, add a comment. Works with all Browsers I have tested it with; so no need to copy and paste a link into Boat if you happen to be using a different browser at the time. Pleasing, clean interface. Highly recommended. Working fine on my Galaxy Note 3.
This is so far the only browser/web clipper that I've tried that actually sends the whole page to Evernote. Thank you thank you thank you! And now I can send pages directly from any browser--I love it!
This app will NOT copy the full page (just the URL) to Evernote. Actually, I've not found any similar apps that do on the Note 3. Works just fine on ASUS TF700T Pad.
Find myself using it more than I thought
Works sporadically - Do not recommend. Requesting a refund
Seems to work flawlessly. I don't use Boat Browser but it imports from any Browser. Well done!
Because this one actually works brilliantly.
Save your money. Doesn't work! Tried to clip twice, got stuck at 80% each time. Will use Chrome / Share to feature to clip... nice results--and it works.
...and use it several times every day!!
Either it says "an error occurred", or it freezes at 80%. Please, fix it!!!!!
Please also clip images instead of just addresses to the images
Kind of pricey, but the functionality this app provides between devices is exceptional. It is not only for Boat but functions in other apps as well. Select share to use in other apps. I was disappointed at first since I was only looking for a free web page clipper, but the additional features are worth the price. Evernote only provides 50MB of free cloud storage beyond that it costs $50 per year. Also, you need to install Evernote for full functionality. Note: all your bookmarks are copied into this app.
This is nothing like the original Dolphin add on Clipper for Evernote. The most annoying difference is this clipper has to reload the web page before clipping. If you do not require editing and full filing capabilities use Pocket.
Based on people's advice, I bought this and it does exactly what I was looking for. (I never found a trial version.)
just works, and works well. also, it's 50MB a month of bandwidth (not storage) for free users. Trust me, unless you are clipping all day, it is plenty. as far as storage, I have clips from years ago, I have hundreds of MB of notes on my free account.
Not allowing me to sign in? Typing user name letters don't show up.
Very good app. Just like the clipper that evernote provide for desktop.
Have been looking for a Web clipper for some time and this is by far the best. Clips what you see. Needs to be advertised by Evernote as the best clipping android app.
Had to gamble on this as it was showing 0+ downloads. Glad that I did. I have tried all of the Evernote clippers and this is the one. It has clipped pages that all of the others fell short on. Works fine standalone, with Chrome, Firefox, and of course Boat. Very easy to use and gets everything that you need ie content, URL, where to file it, comments, tags....
Tried all of the web clippers this is the only one to clip the entire page just like you see it, you can't go wrong with this clipper.
May be good app but another reviewer says it works in all browsers which is not true. Contacted the developer to enquire but never got response. Got refund but would be happy to re-purchace if I could use it in Chrome browser
Way quicker than everwebclipper ever thought about being. I uninstalled everwebclipper. This client is superb
Gave this 4 even though not yet completed what I m hoping to be over soon, now eventually rooted. . Everything seems a mission. Breaking me. Evernote was far different the last time but somehow im signed out gradually this time. Frustrating! Because usually like puzzles gave the 4 plus has so much to it.
