Seems to be the only Web Widget App that is still working in 2020 on my Android Pie phone. The Beta version doesnt work very well at all on my device (LG G7 (thinQ) running Android 9 Pie) but I love the regular one, although it is sorta outdated. Best and only usable one of its kind, so keep it up! I'd love to see some more updtes soon!
Please!! Can you returt to update the app? I need to see my trello and planyway gantt chart and agenda, and they don't have widgets. But your's is perfect. It show up a msg about enable third-part cookies, but I already do this and the pages don't show. And when show, with java enabled, the page appear and go blank. With the java disabled, the links to login don't work. It's a great app. Maybe you can earn some money with it, charging a anual price.
Used for a simple image grab from the web. Refresh interval didn't seem to work as intended, image often outdated or simply displays white background. Made sure to tweak the settings to allow data usage, but problem continued.
thanks for the great work! would you open source the app to continue development? two settings is all I can think of to make it the perfekt lightswitch/remote 🙂 . ability to show toolbars only after 15 tabs in 2 seconds ? . option to stop propagation of scrolling/sliding for usage of HTML range inputs
Works the first one time, but as soon as you back out and switch apps it stops. When you go back it's pretty much frozen. Too bad, liked the idea.
Worked the first time, than never worked again. Doesn't display anything then freezes. Galaxy Note 9 here
It mixed up the widgets as soon as I tried to use more than one. Even with just one website it can't load it on the widget. Useless.
I appreciate this app and it does work well, but I have a limited data plan and I found that this application was using a fairly high amount of data. I had to uninstall it because of this. I'd recommend this app to everyone for how great it is anyway. This is just my issue.
Hi there, this is lovely, but would be great if we could resize it. I only want 1x1 widget icon on the homescreen.. but thanks!
Hi I Really like your app. The only thing is that it cannot display a page behind htaccess style password prompt for site. Even the Interactive browser says 401 error
you cant zoom in or out and when you make the widget bigger than the smallest size (2x2) it keeps zooming in to a ridiculous amount.. ☹️
Every thing really good. Can we use local storage? I notice it's not working. And also youtube video not showing picture only sound is coming
Potentially good but useless for me because the website I wanted to use is Google Shopping and you need to log into your account... so this widget is useless for me. May be good for others.
Is there any chance to manage cookies? Clear, restrict usage, etc. “Clear all data” wipe all user setting so it's not useful..
It's a great widget when it works, unfortunately lately it often freezes up.
Works well but didn't fulfill my needs, I just need my custom browser to show the content. Since other browsers doesn't work for the needed website
Thanks for this useful app, but the cache grows significantly in few days! If this can be fixed it will be great
So long and thanks for all the fish, dev. Thanks for making such a great free app. There's a better one now, so I'm moving on, but I got a lot of use out of this. Wish you well.
This was the only web URL widget I found that works with all kinds of URLs and schemes.
Very high battery consumption even if the refresh is disabled. Can you please fix?
Please add -Random Interval (min-max option too) -Add Touch Scroll In Widget -Add Saved URL & Login Cookie too Otherwise good app.
It's just amazing. Really good attention to detail. Very compact and easy to use.
Excellent App. Compatible with Google Docs.
Does the job. Wanted to display an webpage on a widget and this works.
Only one I've found that still works. A few small glitches, but still good
no longer works after android update samsung note 8
Makes developing widget a breeze without any real android coding!
Quite nice if you just want to quickly put some small web content on your launcher (some status indicator from your own web app, for example). Too bad a failed refresh clears the widget.
