The last update of the app from 6th April 2022 made app works well. Came back all options that was before: map, mapping, smart cleaning, virtual walls etc. It was working fine about 8 months and since March 2022 the app wasn't connect with the vacuum cleaner about 1 month. I have Abir x6 model. It was disconnected by itself with "applications comparability " error. Now everything is OK. Thanks for fixing that bug. During the "disconnected " time I was using the remote control.

2* Very bad condition of app with many bugs. For example after last update: vaacum cleaner is offline, I must wait many minutes to appear online. I can fix it with running cleaner trought Google Home, after I run cleaner trought Home it instantly appear online and I can controlling it in this app. 3* Edit, after several updates its better and the bug disappeared and map is remembered after new cleaning but still sometimes it's deleted itself.

Ads?! I bought my vacuum, why on earth are there now ads on my app for it?! Outrageous! Edit....now it has also unpaired itself and I can't get it reconnected either. This is absurd! 4/2/22 update. Thank you for ditching the ads! And my vacuum is paired to my phone again. Just leave the app be from now on, sheesh!

If there is a minus star i would most certainly put it, This software serves multiple makes and brands of robot vacuum cleaners, the software is useless, so dont even bother wasting your money on any vacuum cleaner depending on it. As everyone had mentioned and even more. I have been using it on two vaccums for over a year and i am fed up

The App is okay. Connect and working well on my S6. Sometimes, it said the Vacuum is offline, had to turn off and turn back on to get reconnection. The big problem is the map, sometimes, it turned upside down, sometimes, it turned 90 degrees, and sometimes, it turned just a few degrees. The app will be better if we can manually rotate its map direction, zoom the map in and out.

For the first 2 weeks the app worked perfectly with my neatsvor 600x. The scheduling features never worked for me. Everytime I open the app I have to log in again. Which gets very annoying after a little bit. Also since today the map disappeared and I can't get it back. I've tried to remove the Map in app and let it regenerate, however still no map. Reinstalled the app, and reconnected the device, but also no map anymore. I used to select areas to clean. But this no longer works. Useless.

Update Dec 17 2021. Back to losing map and restricted zones at each use. We need a way to save and restore a good map. Nov 2020 My vacuum can now connect to wifi and the app starts and updates status quickly. Oct 2020. Tesvor/Weback I don't understand what is so difficult getting this app to work properly. Update after update and still the basic problems aren't fixed. Can't connect to wifi, vacuum constantly offline, disappearing or corrupted maps and no-go zones. Please fix soon.

Dropping my rating to 1 Star as you've had the nerve to add multiple intrusive adverts and label this update a "Visual optimisation"....Shocking behaviour.... Have also returned my vacuum to Amazon. So note for the developer: Your choice to add advertising in the app has resulted in the return of my purchase. I have purchased an alternative that uses a different app.

Worked at first, now it doesn't. No way to update or reconnect. It simply refuses to do anything. It works on one device but not on another.

Updated app and pushed intrusive ads and removed my vacuum from my account. It unlinked from my smart home, and now it can't be controlled except through this app or the remote

Update: still tons of issues and an update just dropped: and now with ads! Yay, keeps getting better and better.

Too many ads. I paid you for the robot. The app is needed to use it. Remove the ads or I'll never buy your product again.

This app has limited mapping functionality compared to others. For example it's not capable of creating separate rooms. The current version doesn't even allow me to delete the map and create a new one or even see it's wifi configuration.

Was an ok app, had a few bugs, but latest update now includes adverts. Why when this is the app provided in the manufacturers instructions for the vacuum that I've paid for. Remove the ads and its back to 3 or 4 stars

Easy to use app. It has delay/lagging issues connecting to my robo-vaccum. It'll work fine one minute, then next it'll say connection needs to be stronger, but I'm right next to wifi router and the vaccum. Love the option to use my robo-vacuum with my phone. Fix the dang app, Please.

Bugs bugs bugs! Please fix the bugs un the app, more QA is necessary when you release an app. The 880 mamibot is disconnecting from the dock, map is disappearing, practically the UX is very annoying. Update and fix the app ASAP!!!

App was 'workable' (but not great) until latest update and now the map function seems to be completely missing! There is now no way to tell the robot what areas are no-go areas or to clean a specific area. Please fix ASAP!

An app used by most cheap robot vacuums. It works but depending on your robot and luck skill, you're probably not in for a smooth ride. Maps get corrupted very frequently and I've started using the Ecovacs robot as a dummy cleaner after struggling with this app for half a year.

The app keeps deleting my units so I can not do anything with the app. Will rate higher when fixed.

Why did you allow Ads in the app with the recent update? I didn't pay money to buy a vacuum cleaner and be spammed by ads!

I purley gave this a low rating due to the fact that there are ads in the app for an item I paid for. Guess I am using the remote from now on.

Poor user experience. Only conects to 1 mobile. Need to register everytime when connecting second mobile. It is bad when more than 1 human wants to use the robot. Lags map, or sometimes dont show map at all.

Optimized the visual experience and they added ads to the app. That's a joke isn't it? That's definetly my last tesvor robot I'm buying!

This app is a joke. It doesn't scan the barcode, yet 2 other apps I have can do it easily. I can't enter the code manually as I get the same error. It's a barcode not a QR code and because it cannot scan, I can't get to the app. Don't you guys error trap. Insanity to pay all this money and the stupid app doesn't work

I did update to 6.0.7 and the app dosnot open and it hangs , the older version is much better ,,, plz fix the new version

Supposedly you can connect to specified home weather stations. This is not accurate.

Same problem as everyone else. Hate the ads, and robot keeps getting removed from the app.

The app does not work. It crashes when I select the robot - xshuai hxs c3. The operation is only trough the buttons on the robot. The vendor is not responsive. I wrote an e-mail with no feedback. I am disappointed.
