WebCode - ide for html, css and javascript

I have to agree with Samuel's comment about the level of difficulty, but I did not like that I wasn't informed that a license is required until using the app. I understand that all apps are not free, but I think it should be noted prior to downloading the app. This makes me feel like you are trying to be sneaky, since an in-app purchase usually means to buy widgets, plug-ins, and remove ads. Also, it would be great if you could add the '=" and ':' to the shortcuts list. Otherwise this is awesome

This is the best Web IDE for Android that I have ever used. It has a nice and clean interface without any disturbing advertisement. It shows the JavaScript console, highlights syntax and gives great editing experience. A few improvements I would like to have made are: 1. In JavaScript, single-quoted strings aren't highlighted properly. 2. Reaching the rightmost part of the code sometimes gets tough. 3. An option to view the webpage in Desktop mode would come handy.

It's pretty good in a lot of ways, but it very, very badly needs an optional codewrap feature and zoom wouldn't hurt. It's hard to work with for long without the former, particularly. If those aren't big deals for you, it should be a great fit. Oh though: There's also a weird bug wherein on turning it horizontal in darkmode it flips to lightmode and all color formatting disappears. I'll amend my review if those features/bugs get sorted.

The only problem is getting use to the screen...about 1/3rd is outside the screen to the right...hard to click. The way to get past this is to place the curser on the line below to the left, and hit backspace. Then you can easily access and edit that part. But it is a great way to edit bootstrap, closing code automatically, letting you see small icons with image files before insert, and instant preview of your edits.

This is an app that is the rare dream come true. Dreams are, of course, not perfect. 1) The pop up requesting a rating should be timed for later, say a month, by which time users would have used all the major parts of the app and be in a better position to comment. 2) It's not easy to Paste, Copy, or Cut since there are no Menu Shortcuts. My workaround? Type a letter and highlight it to trigger the pop up. 3) The option to license AT ANY TIME should be seriously considered by all developers.

It has been winner among others similar apps, combined with a programmer's keyboard, it really makes html easier. Although it will be too much to ask, but if you are adding features to the app in the future, consider adding exporting output as pdf. Thanks a lot !! Its been a nice experience using this app.

This app is just too good and simple to use! I downloaded 3 other apps for the same task along with this one, but the moment I tried out this I knew I didn't need any other one. So I uninstalled the others, even though they were good too. In summary: this...is...PERFECT! I will suggest though, try adding a TAB symbol for easy insertion of tabs, and probably a "reverse tab" for undoing tabs. It should also be able to do these tab operations on multiple selected lines to make everything much easier. Cheers!

Overall is okay, but a bit difficult to select codes that goes beyond the screen. Also a nightmare if open with dark mode, the codes flickers when scrolling and just blends in with the background on idle.

This app is greate!, but I got some feedback regarding the sensitivity, it's hard to scroll sometimes also for the copy paste doesn't show sometimes. You need to touch it several times to response. And regarding on creating new file I can't able to create directly to this app. I got an error message ->"an error occurred by creating the template" . So I tried an alternative way. By creating an existing html.file on my file maneger, and open it by file maneger to access in this app. That's all🐼

Other editors I have tried have shortcuts for some code. The main trouble for me is that on my tablet, the <> requires me to change three keyboard states three times to get them. 5 star app if that was readily available in a floating selection. Till then, SPCK is good enough. I'll keep updating in hope that will be added as this is a friendlier app.

Whenever i try to use the angle brackets from the top bar provided, it never works. Also, whenever writing simple tags, the letters, objects keep disappearing and then reappearing as if in a glitch. The words been written gets misplaced and when i rety putting them at the place i want them to be, never works. I am using redmi note 8 I am pretty disappointed !

It's very great... There's one thing I want in next update. When you put "src" then the rest file showed up but only in same folder and when you put "href" there's no file showed up you just need to put that file. I hope that the "href" like the "src" that showed the posible files and you can choose in other folder. I'm sorry if you don't understand what I'm trying to say because I'm not good at english😊😊😊😊

Elegant in Simiplicity, bienvidos...just getting started, tools are excellent if they keep their updates re-appling the seals on developing, models of deduction, and instead move beyond the application potential, so there is no reason to take away any options for a accelerated containment...if that's you corner necker in side.

I cant find a way to put my preview into full screen, using just half the screen does not use the correct media query. It has a javascript console which is really useful. New update allows full screen which works alongside console - great, thank you

This app used to be better, but in the recent update it made it so instead of it showing autocorrect it shows numbers. I'm not a big autocorrect guy, but it made it so I can't copy and paste easily. This review was hard to describe. I hope you understand it. Please fix.

Alslamu Alikum, just seeing the welcome screen with "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم" literally melted my heart. honestly it's an amazing app yet it misses two features i find really important for me: 1- wrapping long code and text into lines instead of one long line. 2- the option to open code in chrome or other browsers instead of the App's built-in browser. With these two features added to it i wouldn't trade it for any other App so hopefully you would add them to it soon en shaa Allah.

The application is very good but it has copy and paste problem. When you copy one line, the cursor goes to the other line. Please add some symbols in it. And the application stops running slowly. Fix this issue quickly thanks.

It is one of the best ide for web development . But when I rotate my phone it's window split in two parts and also it does not have zoom in and out feature so please think on this topic. App is very good keep it up

Good app for coding html, css, javascript. It lacks some features compared to some apps but you get everything that you need. It's still being updated I think so it might get better in the future. Dev also responded fast when I point out a bug in the comments so that's a plus. Try it out and see if it works for you.

Great app for Android devices it is the one about which I can say that one should must have this app for html and css editing on Android platform I am sure that you will not regret after using this app. I think along with it's inbuilt browser it should provide support for external browsers available on Android device. Then definitely it deserves 5 stars.

typing experience is really troublesome. please observe other apps such as keep notes and how to navigate thru texts work because your text cursor is different to any other typing apps out there and it just makes me quit the app and just type the code elsewhere then paste it when done

Cant understand all this hype over nothing.Cannot run JavaScript on it.i click webpage,webproject and JavaScript all the same issues.very frustrating and slow.somebody please tell me why I can't run JavaScript after writing code..it only shows the pencil edit icon and bent arrows.

Its really good if you now your way around codes as no help is provided. It is strictly for pros and intermediaries. Won't recommend for beginners. My one problem thou is not being able to create a project in it or create a new webpage. It only recognizes the default html file. Either than that, it awesome.

Good app for coding but the app is not opening since the latest update , some times it opens but doesnt work. And it cannot paste any text. Please fix these issues as soon as possible .

It's nice app .but in matter of playing videos it god some issues. And if the producer of app can fix this problem its excellent. And plz fix the "back" bottom I mean make room to back bottom in screen.🥰

It's a good app for coding, but if you try to type something with a dot in it, for example, console.log(), then it will write console.console.log(). You try to delete the first or second console and then it tries to delete the log part. Please fix this becuase it makes it kinda hard to write css or javascript with this.

Old version was extremely good but newer version is worst and worst please get your old version, current version has many bugs I write somewhere it wrote somewhere else, I want to clear something other it clear something else, and many, need old version
