Terrible, terrible experience. I'm currently trying to terminate my account through live chat and it keeps on freezing AND crashing. Happened the other day too. The app is very buggy and using the live chat is a nightmare. It's not even user intuitive. Every time you or the rep sends a message, you'll be sent to the top of the chat. That means you need to scroll down EACH TIME just to read the new message. And I'm still not even close to finishing my session. Four different sessions already.

I am not able to login after the app is asking us to upgrade. So, after upgrade, FOREVER not able to login. NO MATTER with IC, Email or Forget Password. If I can rate this with -ve *STAR* - I am willing to do so. And, now, my line get terminated, because I don't know how much to pay. No paper bill, no email and no place to trace.. What a fascinating service and upgrade.

Unifi Mobile is the worst among the rest. Even though it says unlimited data (UM99), but the speed is damn slow and almost zero most of the time - even in Kuala Lumpur area. It's as good as useless, and not worth at all..!! Better go to other established mobile service network/provider. Unifi maybe good in the fixed line broadband, but not in the mobile sector.

Very bad service. At first I can't verify email due to typing error in the system. Live chat was totally useless..waited for hours yet no solution. I only managed to solve that prblem after I contacted TM via email. After I manage to get in, then I noticed that the plan they subscribed for me is NOT the one I want. I want the unifi Mobile 99 they gave me 59. To make it even worst, when I login to selfcare portal the plan is different frm the one in the apps. This is very frustrating. Pls improve

Live Chat function implementation is not friendly. It keep auto scrolling up to the top. Imagine I have 100lines chatting with agent, it always auto scroll to the top of the first line chat, so I need to keep scrolling down to the bottom every few seconds to see the agent respond. Very very inconvenient. Will revise to better star once you resolve this.

What's the point of making online registration if the process cannot go smoothly. And the live chat is just too slow. The responds are slow. The enability to understand customer's enquiry is mind blowing. Seriously. This is the slowest and most terrible service i have ever encountered. Honestly a single star is already much more than what the app deserves.

i wish to not give any star. due to bad internet speed and no improvement on both no pre- notice about having lte problems or update and pointless assistance chat in app. since i used this from 2018 till now its just getting worst and no improvement on any aspect. so the point is bad internet speed, slow browsing, sometimes it stop working and most of all is pointless in app assistant

The only issue that I am facing with this app is when I make payments. Twice have I used this app to pay for my bill and in each case, I had try twice in order make a successful payment. The first attempt led me to a blank page. Only on the second attempt would I be led to a page asking for confirmation code. Please look into this. I should be able to make a successful payment on the first try. Thank you.

I don't know why some people keep complaining about speed connection, meanwhile mine was at excellent performance, i think u people should making some survey before buying this package. Make sure your place have a good coverage for unifi, otherwise u will face slow connection. Btw, thanks for a good services, have been using this network almost 2 years without any slow connection issues except this one time because of under maintenance issue. Regards King Of Asgard 😁

The app doesn't update the paid billing. I have made 2 payments and the pop up notification state that my payment is unsuccessful but when i check my bank acc there is 2 times its deducted. Despite all that the bill still not updated properly.

Chat interface is inconvenient. Keep on scrolling up when switching between apps. Also no notification to indicate customer service staff has responded. Time put is too short.

Useless app if it only show monthly bill. Its an app that provide the package of payment and customers service. But it suddenly cannot pay bill. Chat with customers care is a joke. Waiting for reply for more than 5 minutes on daylight is preposterous. For now it only show you monthly bill and even u pay at tm center, and the app still didn't update the bill. Fix it for godsake.

Live chat is simply beyond annoying. The chat session ends by itself even the case remains unresolved. Every time I make a reply the live chat auto scroll to the top and I have to scroll all the way down to the last message. Please fix this annoying bug ! It's a big shame on TM.

I paid my 1st bill using apps at 2.43pm and untill now 4.34pm the amount not reduce, still state the same amount.. Mention that i still have outstanding, which is actually none. I have live chat with staff unifi, and he said no payment recorded. Asked to wait 4 hours to complain by email if the system still not updated.. Frustrated with the apps..

just tested with the live chat functionality: it's neat in design, no delay of message, but have to keep scrol down all the way to the bottom of the chat screen to read latest reply message from unifi representative (also mean the same also for writing messages) - sort like the chat system auto scrol to the top each time there's chat reply.

If the Internet speed keep very slow, can request for cancellation? Every month paying RM147.35, before installation, tested the area with strong signal. But after that become worst day by day. Subscribe to 30mb high speed, but speed test only show 2mb to 3mb. For the person that saying "you should check the your area coverage before subscribe it". Do you mean TM not doing it? It's standard process to check the area before the installation.

When I start the chat again, this time I waited 35 minutes but the operator mute and doesn't write 1 word then it ended itself.
