App worked fine for a few days. Then it logged me out and wants me to update my password. Then it tells me my current password is wrong even though it clearly works on the web, AND I updated it via the web as well.
Fully trash app...i have been entering my id pass but this app always shows it wrong.i even changed my pass 3 times...and major thing about this is it does not sends that otp when we clicks on forgot pass.....fulky trash app..its should be removed or the bugs should be cleared fast
I am just bored with this app. Please notice the problems that everyone is facing. It didn't sent me the code but it is telling that l have to fill the code. How should we do it? Please check out the problems. And before releasing these type of worst apps please check the problems, notice them out and correct it. And then release the app. Otherwise the uses should be bored and feel disturbed.
It asks email and password.. And when I enter it, it says incorrect email or password. I am unable to attend the classes. I want you to fix this problem immediately.
Doesnt work and cant log in. Keep geeting authentication error. Even customer service doesn't seem to know whats going on... waste of time. Dont bother downloading

Its always giving me an error to contact your system administrator. Although i was able to login my account using my iphone device but on my new android phone its giving me that error all the time!
had to make an account on my computer instead of my phone. after waiting for all that the app doesnt even work when i cant even login.. useless
Worst app.First it did not send me the 6 digit code. Also, I am able to login through dekstop but on android, it says incorrect Id or pass. Pathetic app.

App logs me out saying my password has expired at least 6 times a day DURING my work day. After my work day is over and during the weekend it does not require me to log back in.

This is an application that will allow you to log into a existing account if you already have an account however if you do not have an account in Chase login. I strongly suggest anyone who survived a business card to use this app for free time do strong conscience

I installed the app. but it won't let open the app. , Very disappointing.
This app is unusable. Even when it does allow a call through, which is rare, it takes so long to connect the initiating party has hung up. No way to change your password through this app, and it does not even allow me to log in at this point. Incredibly bad.
