Brilliant App ... since I've had this app on my phone, not one ad has appeared. it has exceeded my expectations of what it will do as I expected at least a "few" ads might appear. But NO ADS have appeared since I installed it. I highly recommend this app to anyone with an annoying ad problem on their phone, like I had ... you wont be disappointed.
This app really does work! I had heaps of ads popping up anywhere and everywhere, especially every time I went back into my phone. They would even pop up every now & then in camera mode when I was about to take a photo! Since installing this app I haven't had any ads pop up at all. It is awesome. I highly recommend it ♡♡
Updated again. I've been using the new version for over a month and it's great. Just like I remember. Only authenticated activities follow me around. There seems to be an issue with the OS initializing the app before I open it. The app is running but the VPN is not connected until I open the app. Not a big deal, you open the app once after boot. Again I think it's an OS problem, the app does not get to finish startup until it's opened.
it stops the ads from coming through yes but the ad doesn't disappear, it pops up but has a blank error and still disrupts whatever i'm doing on my phone still. But not only can pop up error pages still come and disturb me but I can no longer do an online search unless I disconnect WebGuard do my search then reconnect it when I'm done. This feels kinda like a win lose situation.
Blocks ads on Facebook (video ads too), Chrome and my default Samsung browser. Acts as a VPN in Germany or France. Going on certain sites can sometimes have it auto translate to the language but its an easy fix if you have Google language enabled. While using this, I was not able to click hyperlinks, but that's not a big deal, as it can easily be shut off and can click it then.
Internet is not working after last updates. Sir. Please answer in english. I am having problems - the moment I turn the data compression and Anonymise option on, the Internet stops working. I reinstalled the app and shows my subscription alive. I am not able to send you message directly from the app. Please help. Thanks for your propmt responses. I don't know but messenger in the was not able to forward the note at that time. I just sent you a briefed message.
It does block ads very well but you can't update other apps unless you disable it. They just sit there saying Pending. I now turn it off most of the time, which is annoying since i paid for it. Recent update hasn't fixed the problem. Messages to support get ignored. Will look elsewhere if this isn't resolved soon
This has been a very good app. and always worked very well. BUT I see the price is being increased from £5.99 to £27.49 when my subscription renews in June 2021. How can this be justified? This is crazy. I and my friends who installed it on my recommendation won't be renewing our subscriptions. No way.
Not bad.. I paid £5.99 for a Year's Subscription...The Stats appear to show it is blocking Ads etc, so will see how it goes...I quite like the way it goes about its' business in the background, so providing it IS stopping Ads etc, then it's a Keeper..
Hey Movil S.L Would you be kind to refund the money charged on my accountfor subscription? I no longer use your app as it refused to work on my new device. I have since uninstalled it. I thought you people should send out subscription renewal mails as it is done traditionally everywhere 1 month or 2 weeks to the charge date. but you didn't even send a reminder, you just charged my card! That's awkward! Kindly refund my money . Thanks
This app is awesome! I was hacked and had someone install software on my cell phone! They had more power of my life then I did! It was crazy and scary! Once I was able to get them off your app is the ONLY ONE out of downloaded that protected my phone and help me gain control again! Thank y0u! I recommend this for anyone!
Update: updated with v1.5.7 and now works with A10. Some ads still show but might be app specific, been running it for about a week now. No app specific firewall setting. Will update review again in a few weeks.
Blocks ads very well, but I can't update or download apps from Google Play Store when it's on. I have to turn it off. Not sure how to change this, even under "Firewall". And the developers' response was in Russian? Not sure if I should trust this app now.
Had a problem with ads coming in. Looked for ad blocker and came across webguard. Stopped the ads and also gave me back my notification tones as wifi i use has so many restrictions on it. I can now watch you tube again. 5 stars.
lets see if google sent me a winner my phone has a google account that downloads facebook and instagtam with out me . It shares all my pictures to my google home page and cobtacts.,says i had a facebook business plan , i cant download music and i cant get my wifi to turn off or yse it and my bluetooth is always running . opening music and keeps getting my clock time messed with. browser keeps redirecting... .lol. guve anotger update tomorrow.
Well done. I like the app.. But , Doesn't running in background 24/7 * 365 days. I have to grant permissions regularly when I open app. May be only my mobile having the problem. Please fix it.
I've only stalled this a day ago but immediately the ads stopped. Works for me. I'll update if anything changes. UPDATE: Still amazing. Ads GONE!!

I kept getting adds popping up on my phone non-stop . Even though my phone keeps ALMOST popping up with adds WebGuard has stopped them all! I've had it for a week or so and its stopped over 7000 adds according to WebGuard. Not surprising at all. nothing else worked for me except this app. #NovelStyles

There support is very bad, ive mailed them how many times about an issue in the application, no reply from them, worst support I have received from a company! 1 STAR RATING ONLY!
Hahaha this app is class.. It blocks the annoying apps on certain apps I use.. I was gonna mention said apps, but i reckon it could cause a stir with certain app makers if I did.. So I'm keeping quiet. But trust me it works amazingly 👍👍🤣🤣👍👍🤣🤣👍👍
New update is terrible. nothing works no browsing no apps working even play store is not working web guard cut-off internet instead of ads need immediate attention by the authors
Every thing was fine until Google sent me a notification with a 6 times increase in yearly subscription. Are u kidding me? Bye bye web guard can't afford $50 a year.
This is great app to help protect your phone (s8) I was getting these pop up ads and soon as I installed webguard i stopped getting them :)
Seems to be doing its job. :) Threats and ads have been blocked, and it doesn't seem to be a drain on my battery like I was worried it might be. Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have the option to disable the notification at the top of the screen - - I already know it's running when I see the key icon after I enable a network, and don't really like seeing the other message all the time. But I'm nitpicky about my devices that way. :P
