The App allows:
- Residents to access their data via the web utilizing a cell phone, tablet or PDA.
- Residents to manage (add, delete, print) their own guest list based on guest class and period rules established by the Board or the property manager.
- Residents to request a copy of their guest list be sent to their registered email address.
- Residents to actually view a traffic report of guests who were recently granted access to the community. This report may also be exported for use in a program such as Excel.
- Residents to change their primary email address in the system (subject to rules established by the Board or the property manager).
- Residents to manage a system that alerts community security officers to the fact that you are on vacation or away from your property.
- Residents to manage a system that sends various alerts to your cell phone (subject to participation in this program by the community).

App doesn't work on new Android update. Not able to login with my community to update guest list. App hasn't been updated in almost 3 years.
Freezes, takes forever to launch, never works right and looks like it was developed 20 years ago. CX and UX is terrible.
always crashes and have to uninstall then reinstall. app seems out of date with the current times here in 2020 and is using years old tech that should be updated
I work at a Private Residential area in security, and the residents have access to our SafeHouse access system through the WebGuest app. And this Royaly screws up our entry procedures. Not to mention when WebGuest stops working and the residents call to complain.
Doesn't work. Don't use this app. Getting message "maximum number of users of 6 reached." This message means nothing.
This is a Flawed app and web interface. It is impossible to delete guests! Who would create something so awful?
The app has not worked for 2 weeks. Uninstaller and reinstalled with no improvement.

Purchased a Pixel4a Oct 2020 and is not working on the latest version of Android.

Difficult to use
The App works great and let's me make additions and changes I used to have to call the property manager for. I've also noticed it works a lot better when I have a wireless connection. when I dont speed seems to depend on how good a cell connection I have but it's not any worse than any other business app I use when the connection is poor or I'm at the airport where there is lots of traffic on the connection.
