If flights are changed, app only shows details from time of original booking. Looked up the FAQ to access updated info only to be rewarded with a broken link. There's no obvious way to refresh info. I'll be using paper copies this trip. This is basic stuff, I am mystified and unimpressed.
the app is good but still can be improved by adding new features like remembering old filters, making the app interface more easier to navigate like other flight apps.
Horrible customer service. Takes 2+ hours and even 4 isn't a stretch to get through to them. Even after getting through and talking to solve issue they needed to email airline and said I would have an email with 48 hours. 4 days later I waited 2 hours before I needed to stop due to an appointment with no luck getting through. I won't be reusing them again
Cannot get through on phone or via messaging app regarding airline credit. Extremely frustrating seeing prices go up considerably after online booking form has been submitted then resubmitted. Will book directly with airlines in future and never use Webjet again.
Use someone else. They take your money. But don't confirm the booking. Then after 3 HOURS I finally got hold of "customer service" just to have smartass on the other end talk nonsense, dodge questions, try to talk over me and give me minimal answers. Even the answers weren't direct. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be using them again.
Intuitive layout and design, easy to navigate across and fast performance.
Easy to use. Good pricing. Easy linkages to rewards programs for airlines etc. All in all a solid and easy to use all in one travel package.
I always find the best prices on here. Alot cheaper than Expedia.
Usless app have no problem buying flights and that but as soon as you try and contact then get ready for a 3-4 hour wait as you can only use the message us on the app find a better app
App is pretty rigid in functionality - i.e. insert 'from' city and 'to' destination and a list of potential flights appear. What if I'm in the early stages of planning a trip and am open to info about where to go? That is, include the option to search all potential destinations.. I would anticipate a better conversion rate in comparison to the existing version. Food for thought...

Webjet website is easy to book accommodations; hotels or car hire. Prices are always reasonable and it is my no 1 website for booking my holidays. Highly recommended.

Good sight for price shopping flights and rental cars
Clunky app for no apparent savings Was it the slow response time, the clunky interface or the continual hurdles that made this so much fun. Entering destination was the climax of the experience. I became so frustrated that I decided to visit the airline site. The airline was offering the same flights at the same price. They did not charge the fees that Webjet does. Had I proceeded with Webjet I would have paid $20 In short do not bother App deleted.
For my inquiry, I find this app very helpful and easy. I've had no problems. I haven't had any problems with any of my bookings.
It's handy to book flights and hotels, hire a car all in one go. Problem fixed with Frequent Flyer button.
If you wish to see the WORST customer service on the whole planet then try booking a flight with webjet. My dad canceled his ticket because international borders were close, we tried contacting these people and it's been a year since we are trying to get our money back but these people are just hopeless. I again repeat, webjet has WORST customer service on the whole planet.
Definitely the worst booking experience I've ever had. I had to cancel my flight due to covid restrictions and I thought that was a reasonable excuse. Unfortunately to cancel I was stuck waiting for assistance for over 3 hours and never got a response. It was so long that I had to give up and go and collect my kids. So my $500 was squandered. Next time I'll book directly with the airlines (something I could have done in the first place at the same price) Thanks for nothing...
Webjet App is great. I'm a frequent Flyer and use it all the time for my bookings. It's totally trustable and even more straight forward than going thru the airline's website. I always compare prices and their rates are surprisingly lower than buying directly from the Airline.. Also being able to compare ALL different flight options available in one screen is a fantastic tool. Happy with Webjet App. Ps.A good feature to add, would be the option of 'flexible dates' ;) Cheers
It's easy understanding and very detailed and useful. If you're booking a flight I recommend webjet, as not only can you book your flight, it will help with hotels in your area, also car rentals and insurance. Thanks for making such a great app, Cheers.
Connection timed out, re installed, tried MULTIPLE flight scenarios and dates. I have looked at other reviews and this is not a lack of flights scenario. if it was apparently no one is flying from SYD to LAX at all for the next 3 month's?
User friendly app that seems to do the job better than many. The time limit can be a bit of a pain though. They could make it that as soon as you click search, your price is locked in until you search again or buy the ticket.
As a rule I use websites but this App is easy to use, well thought out and seems to be more tuned in to flights than similar booking services. It works without a learning curve. Highly recomend.
I would never ever go through webjet !!! BEWARE !!!! I booked accommodation and flights for one of my friends and I, through their app to go to a sporting event in Darwin and i had to change the date once for medical then as the tournament was postponed due to covid ! Spoke to numerous people online, phone and through email ! They were happy to continually to take Money , and additional costs , but when the tournament was cancelled , had proof of it through Cricket Australia . TBC
The App saves my searches, thus allowing me to keep reviewing flight prices with ease. Also when a flight is booked, my flights details are saved so I can access offline. We travel alot so would be lost without it!

The website is good for comparing prices, and assuming all goes smoothly, but if you actually need something it is terrible. You cannot get through on the phone, and the rebooking arrangements are entirely unclear.
