Love the visuals & map. However, my notifications for this app stop working for me years ago over the course of three different phones. This is an important part of the app that I wish worked for me. The symptom tracker is not very useful in its current state (it doesn't let you see a history of your symptoms or draw any conclusions for you using algorithms). Also, not have an allergy forecast is a bummer.

Decent, but the home screen widget doesn't refresh unless I open the app. Other than that, it works well. But I use the widget more, so the fact that it isn't great brings the star rating down. Also the alerts "high allergen" alerts happen at completely random times. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes at night...if you're going to alert me, keep it consistent.

Useful, especially when local NAAB counts aren't current. Also, easier to access than NAAB data, which requires digging through email, or manually checking the nearest, working station. Pollen "intensity/severity" indicators here are usually depicted at higher levels than NAAB, and don't seem to reflect effects of rain or wind direction changes. But if you just need a widget to quickly check before you decide whether to grab an N-95 mask on your way out the door, this app has you covered.

The app hasn't updated since covid. All the stats stay the same all the time. Please fix your app. It used to work so well, now, not so much. I am uninstalling. Tired of waiting for REAL fixes. Every update says it fixes something, but the app just looks the same. Everything low but dust, which is extremely high. Nothing ever changes anymore and since such, no notifications are received any longer (android device).

It gives you the option to email a summary, but it doesn't include how low or high the different allergens are. Seems pointless because that's what I want to detect. The only thing it shows on the email summary is what my symptoms are. I feel like I wasted so much time filling out entries for nothing.

Loads some map of what I assume is somewhere near New England or Virginia or some such, then locks up, no prompt for anything, doesn't allow me even to go into settings. Perhaps my privacy guard is stopping it from working but if that were the case I should see a prompt for the information it needs, not see it lock up the UI.

What happened? This app has been pretty good. But all of a sudden I get the daily alerts that levels are high, but when I open the app all levels are blue in color and shown as "low". This started a week or two ago. It's no longer showing real levels.

As someone who suffers from seasonal allergies, the notifications on this app are very helpful. Also the widget saves a ton of time and is well designed. It's easy to use and even tells you when the pollen/dust etc. are worse than normal. Thank you.

This thing is all kinds of inaccurate. It's always moderate no matter how high or low the pollen levels go and it only has a scale of one to five. Unfortunately, pollen levels are not that black-and-white. I really like the layout, though, but uninstalling.

Been using this for almost 7 years on 2 other phones. Installed it on my new phone. Allergy issues, see what's causing it. Keep a record. Haven't found an app that reports every local pollen from trace amounts up. There is one app that reports the highest 3 pollens. To improve this app report every pollen present. For me I use both apps.

It was great at first I got allergen warnings early in the morning, but then it started sending them late in the afternoon which does me no good because I could just go outside and figure it out with no app at all. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and then got no notifications at all.

Not Working Properly. This was my go-to app for the allergy forecast, but got the last few days it's shown nothing, while meteorologists and another app show something different. Very frustrating. Will uninstall if the problem isn't fixed soon.

Very spartan content that endlessly 'loads' until I click on the page (Users, the app is just a menued framework for displaying content available on WebMD website) and the Evernote share hangs on my Android 8 tablet at an edit point without actually saving the info. Saw same behaviour on my Android 7 phone & uninstalled from both devices.

It was bricked for a little while but that's fixed. It emphasizes smooth animations over speed. I say give the user the option to ditch the app's animations entirely, like one may under Android's Settings\System\Developer options, once Developer options are enabled.

Good layout and has an allergy tracker so you can log how you feel everyday. However, it won't actually tell you the pollen level. It should but it's broken. Pollen has been on the extreme high side in my area for a few days but app still only states low level.

I love the fact that it gives both mold and dust allergen levels unlike other apps. Those are the 2 things I'm most allergic to. The reason it only gets a 3, is that the widget won't update unless I open the app. The widget is the main thing I want.

I really like this app. I see it's been combined with the regular WebMD app. That's fine, but I wish they would have pulled the same coloring over with it on the allergy chart. I think the coloring defines the level of allergens in the air a little better.

It is very helpful to have daily local updated info on the environmental conditions! One problem: in the summer months there are MANY days of High RED Alert on "dust & dander" with NO definition of what that means in outside conditions. I have searched the entire app as well as the WebMD app.

C.. F. May 22, 2020

Useless. It constantly says things are "moderate". One week we (and our friends are fine - later we and all our friends with allergies can't find relief no matter what we take or do. What does the app say both times? "Moderate". I'd get better results throwing some dice and making up results.

I've had this app for a while now, and I'm not sure where they get their info from, but it isn't my area. It always shows mold and grass being up, sometimes dust, but never tree pollens, even when the specific trees are reported locally as extreme (and my allergies agree).

Jim. C. Mar 30, 2021

WebMD Allergy Notifications Don't Work. WeatherBug sends me allergy notifications, but WebMD's notification alerts have never worked. Today, WeatherBug shows me that oak, hackberry and maple pollen counts are high. WebMD shows grass allergens to be high (with no notification), but shows tree allergens to be low. That's very inconsistent.

This app will not open properly on my S9. Attempting to launch the app only shows everything greyed out and listed as "data unavailable" regardless of connectivity. None of the buttons or menus are selectable.
