Very bad experience You can accept payment. However, you can't withdraw your money. Once you get payment, they will require you to get their formal verification which is almost impossible to do. I tried to get my $100 out of there for more than 4 months without success. I have forfeited it. I was defrauded of $94 through the platform, contacted support but couldn't get anywhere without their formal verification. Support is in Russian. It is simply not for international audience.

I can't use it on AliExpress , and they change my password I can't login so I lost my money 200$. If I try to recover password I enter the last 4 calling number but the operation keep repeating over and over without login

Please can anyone advise me on this issue; I've been trying to withdraw my money from webmoney and for like 9days and counting now, I'm still unable to. Whenever I tried imitating withdrawal, what I get as response is Transaction declined. Is anyone facing the same issu?

Honestly hard to use, im trying to take out money and no options are working. Very frustrating considering i want my money and they say "theyll let me know" when services are back up....

It appears that the app is not useful to me at this stage. And secondly, I don't fully understand it's process and function. I therefore uninstalled it.

Unable to Top-Up Balance. Debit cards doesn't work. Verification Process is soo weird and old

Too Much Hang!! If internet speed is slow than main balance did not change after paid. It also did not proper work enum thread if internet slow. Afterall same wallet transfer charge is bit high.

Totally useless app! I tried signing up for an account on the web version and when asked to input my phone number, it says my number is incorrect! It prompts me to add the "+" before the country code but there is no provision for the "+" sign in the keyboard the app provides. Decided to try the app version and it is the same problem! Waste of time.

This app is misbehaving. I just downloaded it, trying to register but it just disappear on it own whenever I insert the code. You guys need to work on your app or use webpage instead. So annoying 🙄🙄😡😡

changed it from 1 to 3 stars. Verification process too complicated and too slow. After 2 months and many many attempts, I finally got verified. This should be easier and quicker. I still can't evaluate how good the service itself is. But struggled with verification as I never did with any similar platforms.

Great app once again... Thank you for the addition of WME... But the desktop version of the app is always displayed in Russian, correspondence on email are sent in Russian.. its not really a problem when you use a browser like Chrome, as it auto translates, however other browsers don't have the auto translation function and it sometimes becomes annoying and discouraging.. Other than language im really happy to be using this wonderful app.

Crashes a lot whenever I tried to verify my phone number. The calls reflect as unknown also with no phone number. Not encouraging at all. Fix the bugs please. "UPDATE: WebMoney code verify error: 2"...What does this mean?

This app is a complete screwup. I wonder why Aliexpress decided to choose this for their payment system out of all other options out there, now I'm here sweating for nothing. Please do well to fix things up quickly.

Pathetic, keeps saying verification code was sent to your phone, yet I don't receive any text, then after sometime time it will tell me you can't receive texts, you have used all your free texts, what is the meaning of this now

Signed up, sent my ID and details for verification, got email I was approved, 10 minutes later I get a notification saying my account is banned. Never want to use this service again.

Not working registration on application. Can't send verification sms to my number.

I love the app very much. But language used is abit confusing. For international users the language should be in English.

Webmoney is amazing system. İ use this system 7-8 years . Dont compare webmoney with skrill or neteller. They are steal your money with a little problem. Webmoney is multifunctional system. Need only learn how webmoney work.

A popular and best medium. Simple, as well as a finesse system with versatile features. Notably, the trading platform here is excellent! That's what I thought. However, hopefully as a world wide system, it will make more efforts to identify data and documents from all countries.

Something is really wrong with this app. Tried to open it to perform a transaction but not working. I cleared data and tried to log in again. If I enter last 4 digits of incoming call number it keeps repeating incorrect code.

Honest review for everyone who wish to try out this app. First of all, all I wanted was to create an account and do a transaction, send and receive money that's all I want, like everyone else here. Beware!! The phone number verification needs to be through call and everytime I answered the call it always gets call ended within 4secs. And everytime I reattempt the number they used keep on changing and when I tried to call one of these number, someone answered but played a kids voice.DONT USE THIS

The app ui isn't that great but it gets the job done I would give it 5 stars but it freezes on the login page, doesn't log me it just keeps on loading. I tried it on my other phone as well and its the same issue. I don't like how there is no login feature its just sign up and only through my Phone No. Why is there no way to login with email as there is on the website.

Only useful if you don't have access to PayPal and for use in a few countries because you end up paying far less in charges with PayPal as they do all convertions in-house rather than use third party fixers who price fix and end up costing you far more. The rates on paper look a lot less but but after many years of use I now stick to PayPal and Amazon. Don't believe their support and site has issues not fixed in years and only work to give advantage to those bringing them more commission.
