I am furious. I had this on my old phone and my PC, but now when I installed it on my new phone it gave me an error. So, I came here and it says it's an old version. Installed the newer version, but it won't accept my email or password, which I know is correct. I had a paid account, too! So, I actually had to create a NEW account. I'm not happy. Was I scammed? 🤔😡

Scam! You press the Renew Link and it wants to charge you multiple times to use something that doesn't work. Tech support gave me directions that made no sense: there are no three dots on my version of the program. Password recovery does not work either. Totally screwed, and their tech suppottt takes many days to get back to you.

Webroot does what it says it will do, and you never notice it is doing it...excellent.

I like this app. It is affordable, I believe it works. Most important is that support answers.

I paid to renew my account and the next day it says expired again.

i purchased $100 Webroot 5 user two year at BestBuy. installing from Google PlayStore it works for a month then after an update it stops remaining resident on my Lollipop Android Huawei Mate 2. The problem could not be resolved within Webroot general options where the persistant box is checked. Could not be resolved in Android Application or memory resident options. NOT resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling. The free Complete version still works so Webroot needs to fix the worthless paid for version.

I purchase 1 year subscription and it still has 200 + days left. It was acting funny so I uninstalled and came on to Google Play and it shows purchased and "Old". Now it won't recognize my password. Good job Webroot if you are going to upgrade then how about bringing the people that are already paid on board. This is a terrible and dishonest company.

I have had Webroot for years. It used to work well and catch many threats. That was with android 3.0 on a Samsung Galaxy 5. Now that I have a galaxy 7 I can't use it because it blocks the notification of any voicemail I may have. Subsequently, I don't check my messages for a month. This is a problem for people that rely on their phones. Please fix this.

Exceptional, light weight product.. Came over after acquisition of Prevx. One thing on Android which I must ask is why Secure Web Browsing is not compatible with the newest version of Android? It seems I paid for a product that promoted this feature, but come to find out it doesn't even work. Seems if you only have half an app, you should pay for half an app. Please let us know why?!

My current purchase of this expires in 6 days, why is it trying to charge me $16.30 to renew, when it says $4.99 in your product pictures

I purchased this software but can't install or use because I forgot my password. I've requested a reset twice, but never get the rest email.

I've used this app for several years now, and have never had a problem with it. And this is on different phones like the Casio gZone and Kyocera Brigadier. If an app is going to misbehave, it'll be on one of those two phones!

I upgraded my phone and webroot is not supporting secure web browsing on my HTC 10. Please fix it webroot.

I was a PrevX Edge customer before they were merged into Webroot, and have remained loyal for almost a decade. I've remained loyal for one reason, because these people are the absolute best at what they do. All my desktop PCs, laptops, phones, & tablets use Webroot for primary protection, and I have not had a single infected system on any platform for the past 8 years. If you want good solid protection, you've found it in this company.

Reasonably-priced antivirus. Seems to work well. Light on memory use. I use it on my work phone and it gives me confidence when using the phone on the web. Overall I'd rate it an excellent value.

there haven't been an update I expect more from an app that I had to purchase get on with it .

There's no automatic update and could not find in settings. Also phishing sms incoming messages web link. Didn't block them.

Doesn't work and account doesn't work my phone is totally compromised and their app says it's running fine I want a refund asap!!!!

I have the premier version for my tablet and phone. Have had my phone upgraded from samsung to a huawei and it wont allow the app to work. How do I fix this? Thanks
