This app is extremely helpful in finding words and synonyms (or antonyms) very fast. Rather than flip through a large, disheveled dictionary, you type the word you want and choose which version. It's simple and has helpful additives like a favorites folder and other neat things, highly recommend.
I can't imagine why the developers of this app would split each definition into separate entries. You seemingly have to click through 10 different pages to see definitions one by one. I couldn't find a setting to combine all definitions into 1 page...
I am very much impressed. Kindly keep updating more details and more information ℹ. Good luck with warm regards to all the team members of this application. 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹
Works perfect for what I need
Quite satisfactory. Fate (4), 'Parcaewho' should be 'Parcae who' (noted 16Jan2020)
Useful to find words which are not on other dic
It's a good dictionary, but needs entomologies. I hate that everyone is dropping them. Are we trying to forget the history behind words and meanings, so that we can pave the way for newspeak? I'd also like to be able to just scroll between the various definitions for a single word.
Not the end all, but short of the Oxford Unabridged ($£), for free, it's good. Ads not too annoying. Enjoy!: (v. t.) To take pleasure or satisfaction in the possession or experience of; to feel or perceive with pleasure; to be delighted with; as, to enjoy the dainties of a feast; to enjoy conversation.
Your ad shouldn't overwrite the sound when my phone IS on mute!!! Went off in church. Thanks a lot, NOT! Otherwise, Good dictionary.
The meaning and connotation of words change over time. What did they mean when the author wrote them? This app answers this question.
Too basic Dated UI Lazy definitions
Gr8 app I luv it it's the only 1 I eva use
Because this is good
Nice and most informative
The best for Galaxy Tab 3
On this free version you can not remove the ads. until you upgrade to the paid version. But it is still a good dictionary.
Misses the entire point of this edition of the dictionary. Sure, it has the definitions, but does it have the usage? Not at all. That bit is where the magic is! Plus, it splits off multiple definitions into several entries. You've got to click through them all, which is all sorts of unnecessary. I'm going to stick to a website instead of this app. Good luck, though!
