Webster First FCU

The Webster First app is easy to use & is always up to date regarding the status of my accounts as well as news about such things as temporary changes in office hours for holidays, snowstorms etc. It allows for immediate transferring of funds between accounts with minimum effort. The bill paying service is excellent. It is just one more reason that I'm pleased with Webster First. I urge all members to install & use the app.

This app allows me to transfer from checking to savings in an instant. Which can be very convenient. I also transfer my payment directly into my loan as well. I can check my balance anytime without having to go to the bank.

Very unreliable online banking app. I need a new security cod through call or text every time i want to log in, even with a familiar device. The log in, support contact and overall navigation all ndesperately need to be simplified.

I never used on line banking before because I didn't know how. A lovely lady from Webster First Credit Union walked me through the steps and I now use it on a daily basis and love it. Its so easy to use and I do t have to call and navigate through a phone system now. So thank you so much to the bank for taking the time to walk me through it to set it up.

Easy, fast, accessible. Better than a checkbook. Everything I need in one place. The bill-pay feature is wonderful and saves me so much time.

Multiple (3-4) attempts per check. Inconsistent way to retake or it asks a question but there's no option but to restart the Webster app and log back in. Three of us tried and I had 10 checks. Took over an hour!!

Always kicks me out in the middle of depositing my check saying that I've been "logged out due to inactivity" when I have literally hit another button 2 seconds before. Very irritating as that was the whole point of getting this app for me.

Always there, I can check my acct multiple times a day if need be! Easy to use

Will not allow me to sign in. Sent request for new password and app says password is wrong.

Easy to use. Check deposit up to 2k is very convenient.

Easy to use and transfer between accounts is in real time.

I have been using the app for a while now it is very convenient I have not had any problems with it and it is the quickest way I can get my banking done with Webster First FCU.

Can't do everything you can do on the website, but it is a decent app. Only shows limited account history on app.

I love my credit union. Nice easy friendly app. I love the auto camera when depositing a check. I love my bill pay notice and the set up so easy. Always such friendly people in a,ny branch i use. Keep up the great work. Thanks

I have had nothing but a great experience switching to webster first, I love it, banking made easy and accessible.

Not only is the app absolutely trash but the bank itself doesn't work for you... thousands on top of thousands in this bank I put monthly and couldn't handle sending my new debit... this bank is rude and unprofessional.. my money will no longer support this trash and ignorance.. dont waste your time on the bank let alone the app

Account holder for years and never had an issue. The app has worked flawlessly and been a real life saver since COVID started!
