It is a pain to mobile deposit checks. It never wants to auto capture the check, and always tells me my amount doesn't match the check even though it does. I wind up taking the same picture 6 X's before it approves the deposit. Transfers only go through about half the time even when it says it went through.
Awful. Cant make mobil deposits with being a problem. Messages include, amounts detected don't match, to picture 2 of Sametime of check. Then just the plain error message. Terrible!!!!!
Convenient way to do banking. Minor issues with not recognizing correct password / fingerprint a couple times. Otherwise very easy to use layout.
Excellent app. Very user friendly. Helps you know where you are in controlling your fiances. Bill pay right at your fingertips. Love this app!!
Love the great new features! Fingerprint log in makes for quick access. Easy to look up account history. Manage my Card has some cool block filters
This app is terrible. The transfer feature is horrible now after the update and I hate how all of my accounts are now on the main screen.
The app is not working for more that 4 days and because of corona virus can't go to the bank, tried to call but it takes forever... nobody seems to care about this!!!
I would like a little longer between lining up check and picture. They come out blurry.

Not easy to use. Since last online banking update whole banking experience has become cumbersome and difficult
The autocapture does not always work well but being able to bank by phone is lovely.
I don't have any problems with Webster Five and if I do it gets fixed promptly

Laptop bill pay page display doesn't show enough lines. The majority of the page is useless clutter. Bill pay recurrence can't be set to pay for 6 , 9 or 12 months. I have seasonal bills that the old bill pay service worked great on. This new app IS a step backwards from the great way it functioned previously. If it wasn't such a hassle to switch banks I would do so.
