(for old version 3.1.7: download this app only to be told to upgrade? so this is like a trick to make users go download apk from tencent website bypassing some google play policy?) After several months, finally an updated version is published here ... This is Tencent's efficiency👍
I registered and use WeChat work long time ago. Now I changed my phone and could not login to the account as I don't have the wecom on original phone to scan the security QR code. That was two years ago. What a joke.
I can't even register or login my old Wecom again, this is the worst app i have ever seen in this planet is before you close the app than wresting phone card for some many people 👎👎👎👎👎
The desktop app window cannot be made smaller, the minimum size still takes more than half my screen, which is very bad UI compared to other more flexible IM apps. The search function is also poor compared to other apps because it pops out a chat results window rather than just filter out relevant chats and highlight the search query.
It's a great productivity app until the latest update. The file open function with another app no longer works with the latest update. Kindly look at the this issue. I rely heavily on this app for the processing of work documents. Not being able to open them with other apps is a very frustrating. I have search for the document with my file manager and open it from there which is very time-consuming.
First it does not send me notifications. Then today it totally stopped working. When I opened the app, nothing was on screen except for the blank page. I reinstalled it. Still it doesn't work at all.
After new update it stopped working on my Galaxy S8. I need this for work, please fix this. Or make it available for Galaxy J7. It's an inconvenience to have to use two phones because the app is not compatible with my J7. Plz update.
unable to update to the latest version. different version r not able to join the meeting. a lot of technical issues such as only 1 person voice are allow to be heard. if u went out to read msg n switch back to the meeting u will not be able to hear anything.
It worked on my old phone, but can't get it to work when I switched to new phone :( Message appearing says, the app version needs to be updated. But there's no updates available after installation.
It is good app, if I add my Wechat friend on the app it goes well, but sometimes it doesn't work well, if my Wechat account blocked or log out, my friend Wechat account in the wecom can't work well, he can sent me message and i will see it but I won't be able to sent message to the person back. That's the only problem I have in this app
Whenever I try to log in it asks for my ID number, when I put it in it just says incorrect ID.
stupid verification method for those who change phone but already delete app at ori phone (unable to scan qrcode).
It's a good software and it's simple to use it to chat with friends. It's very nice.
Love the App, the UI, and the barrage of features. The onlyn isuue is with the notifications which never comes until the app is running in the background
General use for work and haven't used it long but find it handy. Problem is that not all pages have been translated to English yet. Hope that get to be fixed soon.
Better don't install this app. They still use the stupid verifying method same as wechat. You will have problem when change to a new device. Still have a lot of apps can be use for business. The most important is not so complicated like this and safe.
This software is very okay and easy to operate.but i cant recreate a new account on my new device i dont know whats wrong. Im just confused now. Why this software can,t work normally again. 😭
When i bought new phone Poco X3 Pro, and try login to WeCom using my WeChat account it says app version too old. But this is a newest version, i need this app mainly for work, and on my old phone it working. I think this is some issue in connection with WeChat. Solve this issue please.
Can't download app. Tried several times... When it finish 100% download, it says this app can't be installed.
I use a Huawei Android phone. After the recent update, "WeChat Works" goes into a white screen. I am unable to access anything. Please fix ASAP, as many Android users are experiencing
The latest version on google play doesn't work. Here's the workaround: download the app directly from their website work-weixin-qq-com, then disable auto-update in google play.
Terribad app. First time user, cannot even create an account. "Team name cannot be created." If it's for personal use, why even require a team name? Don't bother. Uninstalled after 5 mins.
I was logged out automatically when i opened the app. All it says is install weChat or update to latest version. But when I checked for available updates. There was none. I can't log back in.
The wechat work stopped working from 19th Nov. Uninstalling and reinstalling is not helping. I only see a blank white screen. I am using One +7 pro .I think it could be for to the latest update
Latest version freezes on launch when I use it in mainland China! I have to uninstall and use the non play store version.
Can't even login by using WeChat ID or mobile phone number. Unable to connect if I used WeChat ID, while verify code couldn't be sent if I chose mobile phone number. Can't join an important group by the issue. Developer must fix it!
Stop working starting from this morning. Hangs at the initial blank screen. Tried clear data, cache and even tried uninstall and reinstall but no luck!
Easy to use and a great productivity app. Really helps a lot in connecting with other people through chat or calls. 💯
