Seems like a decent app at first glance. My problem is, I have requested information from multiple daycare providers and have yet to hear back from any of them.
We had a phenomenal experience with WeeCare. Our consultant has been responsive and thorough in understanding our preferences for our child. We had a situation where we needed care very soon, and WeeCare was able to get us placed within 2 weeks. Our consultant set up tours with 4 different places all within the same week. I'd highly recommend this app to parents looking for in-home family daycares!
Very helpful. Did the searching for me and made finding daycare easy
The worst customer service. I availed a daycare service from them for my little one They are so prompt with the enrollment process, to the level like I felt they are bugging to enroll at the same day I took the tour. Anyhow, my experience with that daycare didn't turn out well and I asked them to help with disenrollment and I haven't heard back from them yet. Tried to call their number and no one is answering and they even charged us for the next week. Worst experience!
I'm new to this app but so far I am loving it. it is making child care hunting so much faster and easier!
The customer service from this company is inappropriate. My wife worked with them to try to cancel (which you can't do by yourself in the app) and the guy was like a salesman, constantly trying to talk her out of it and making the process as difficult as possible. He asked for information that they already had (like the date we started care with them) to drag it out and asked for the same information multiple times. It took her three days total to cancel it. Horrible, and they charge too much.
The customer service is very poor to the point where I think it's a scam service. So the point person, Jayson, messages me to fill out a form through the messaging app but it didn't make sense to me on how they wanted me to fill it out because if you're gathering data this way, you'd have to manually input it somewhere else...it just seemed inefficient. So I ask Jayson to email me something more official and he sends me an email but it wasn't the form. He wanted $50 to assist with searching. No.
This app needs a lot of work. The services that are available through the app are great...when it's working. My daycare provider sends "moments" for me to view regularly, but there are days (like today) when the app crashes for several hours at a time. I've been trying to launch it for 7 hours already.
Does nothing! I paid 50$ to get help due to time crunch and working full time. I was able to get more done in one hour than the helper has done in over one week! You are better off doing the legwork yourself. Finally heard back from my 'helpers after one week to tell me one daycare is full. Update, over a month later no help. They have basically failed me.
This app made finding my child care provider easy. My baby loves her provider and never wants to come home.
Paid 50$ and only received 3 messages about them continuing to not be able to secure me childcare. It has been almost 2 weeks now and I needed childcare ASAP. The only update they gave was they were still calling. I can call. I assumed by paying 50 dollars I would have some sort of guarantee that childcare would be found, or someone would actually call me and give me detailed response of there progress. Bit the case. Dont waste your money.
Just be careful when you use the app. My 4 month old infant was just kicked out due to being fussy. My 3 year old completely shut down and did not want to move from a corner at the same daycare. Don't know why. So just be careful and do your research. Also this app does not send you notifications when you receive a message from anyone. You have to regularly check the app. I think that is part of the issue. The provider probably though I was ignoring them and kicked my infant out of daycare.
They are great parent referral base I get lots of tour request
None of the daycares that come up in the search service are affiliated with weecare so none will get back to you. I paid $50 for concierge service and all she has done is find me one way out of my budget. I spent hours gathering a list of daycares in the app that were in the budget and all she could tell me is that they're no longer affiliated. Waste of money and time.
Horrible. This is owner of sunbeams and Smiles. You hijacked me . Remove all this off your website now. Wee Care is. Criminal . I want out. Take my childcare name off your records.
Wecare helped me find an affordable yet awesome family day care near my apartment. We love Little Golden key 🥰! My 6months daughter Jemimah loves it too. Teacher Mariam is a kind and nice lady! God bless you always 💜. SUZAN
Do not use this service! They take your "deposit" money and do nothing. I was able to get on more waitlists doing my own research. This is a waste. And of course since I got daycare on my own I won't get my deposit back.
This is a great idea in concept but after paying my $50 deposit there wasn't any updates on the daycare that I requested information for back on 02/13/2021. They're very quick initially with getting my info & money but that was it. I definitely would not recommend.
It's supposed to match for families looking for babysitter. What a stupid website they don't even have families. I paid for my background. But this app and website is useless.
Update: WeeCare deleted my account (thank you!) though it took leaving a one-star to do it. Suggestion to the developer: let people delete their own accounts in the app or on the web.
The app is okay when doing your own research to find a daycare, but not worth the $50 to have a matchmaker. No followup after providing them the child information unless I prompted the matchmaker weeks later. I was eventually able to find a daycare provider on my own.
I cannot open the app, it opens for less than one second and then closes. The only way to open it is to go into Google Playstore which is way too much work.
We Care has been a great Child Care resource for me as well as my family that come to me to find child care! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for child care! They do great work with working with families and child care providers as well! Thanks for the great work
Thanks Chelsea for your help. The quick response and tour accommodation. Unfortunately was not able to acquire services since family was able to help out. Thank you & God bless the team.
Wow! Exactly what we were looking for. Super easy to use and find daycares plus they had someone actually do all the work for me.
I like the concept of the Matchmaker Service, but the complete lack of customer service makes the program a 50$ scam. I paid the Matchmaker fee and Jayson Carranza, my WeeCare contact asked for personal information including Name(s) of Child(ren): Birthdate(s), Home Zipcode, and Home Address, etc. He said he would get back to me with daycare options ASAP. After 1 month he has not replied to any of my multiple emails/messages asking for updates/information in the WeeCare app.
Scam. Watch out!!! They are charging parents extra fees. You are better off searching social media. If you are truly in a bind due to the hardship of the pandemic then this isn't the app not program. They are charging extra over $50 a month.
The app is constantly crashing. The parents can't comment on any of the photos or videos that are shared.
Awesome app! The UI looks neat and the team is very supportive. Would highly recommend!
Weecare only cares about your money. I began looking around for a daycare on 04.16 and came across this business on Google. I showed interest in Shining Bright Nurturing Space, and the next day, Chen Ching from Weecare reached out to me via text. I was told I'd pay one price, then they took more money out of my account without notifying me, and when I reached out to ask about it Chen stopped responding. Then the daycare owner committed fraud and Chen keeps saying she will call me,never happened
