This game could be better like with its controls. The basic controls need to be less complicated like for picking up stuff or whatever. The character creation menu also needs to be changed to the wrestling revolution menu because it doesnt throw you everytime back to the beginning of the page everytime you want to go back once. Its like the people who make this games dont even play it to see how good it is or not.

Amazing game! The paid version is worth paying in this game, once we master the controls and improve the attributes its a very good experience! But sometimes the AI is not fair it can make me submit, knock-out, stoppage, hold forever even my attributes are better than the opponent but its okay its just happened sometimes. Thank You For The Game!

The game has a fun idea. What it gives though is not very good. Controls could be improved on to make them more responsive. Cutscenes are awful the text boxes dissapear way to fast. The first training level was terrible. Half the time I didnt know what I was doing because of the text boxes dissapearing so fast. The game could be fun. For example of bad game mechanics i had a street fight and was winning i would be pressing buttons but he would win the transition. That dont make sense.

These are the main problems I have with this game, the referee is sometimes really close to the player and when you accidentally hit them they hit you back for some reason, the concede defeat thing needs to be removed its frustrating when youre clicking buttons and your given an instant option to give up really just messes up the gameplay

It is one of the most best offline game ever. So, I think it is really good, you should try this. But there is 1 problem, that problem is, you should chose every characters. It is your wish, no one can say which to chose, please give the option to chose every characters in the game. And it was a hard choice to give 5 star or 4 star. But I give 5 star so say me thanks. Some complain about the textbox which is disappearing so fast, it is not the game problem just stop tapping on the screen and you can read the text. The game is too awesome, I wish there should be a update

How do you actually get out of grabs? The turtorial is a bit vague with describing it. I have better stats, but I keep getting out grabbled despite trying movement in every direction consistently. I enjoy the gameplay loop, but I wish the online guide actually gave an in-depth breakdown of the grapple system.

Nearly unplayable. Controls don't make sense. Counters are nearly impossible regardless of stats. Striking is pointless. Blocks do nothing. Literally just a reskinned Wrestling Revolution with the few decent features removed.

This game is very great offline game, fun to play and all. Recently I justed hopped on and it is sad to see that the character customization was now paywalled. I liked the game dynamics and the fact that you and your opponent can have visible injuries with visual ques such as limping and facial damage. Although there are some parts that need some work, the ai will still be able to reverse your grapples even if you have a 99% grapple as opposed to their 77%. The game is great, needs work. Pls fix

I'm a fan of the older Mdickie titles on PC and thought I'd give this game a go. Such a mistake though, the transition and escape system is so inherently flawed that even if my character's stats are superior then there still is barely any chance of escaping a opponent's hold. The camera's proper trash too. Even Reach that was released more than 10 years ago is better than this clown fiesta.

One of my favorite apps so far. I started three days ago and I'm already at 800k+$ and I have 34% of the gate and 54-0 record. Edit: They updated this since 2019 and you can't create your own fighter unless you pay for it, but you can pick a random fighter and then customize them but you can't change height, body type, age, face, clothes colors, skin tone, and stats which basically renders the customization useless. Really disappointed with how this game got ruined.

It gets worse and worse to the point where you can't even play. Ex.1 in a regular battle they can catch you mid air when there not even looking at you! And it's gotten so bad for me that in a match I was just held down the whole time and they just did nothing but hold me down.ex.2 in a battle royale I had gotten a lot of people eliminated and then one guy comes in and just literally punches me and I fly in the air out of the ring. It's no point in keeping it as a long term game it gets impossibl

Hi MDickie or to whoever this may concern, Weekend Warriors is a brilliant game but it needs updates ,it needs something new to keep it going. I suppose you must be currently busy with Wrestling empire and it's update but if you revisit Weekend Warriors too, it would be an honor. Multiplayer , different titles for different promotions, the fighters to move ranks a lot more often ,the old ones to retire and have new talent etc I hope you find this in order 🙏

I'd rate it 5 stars but im getting frustrated with not being able to actually win the belt. I have fought and beat the champ 4 TIMES and yet im not the champion, even though the event says it's a championship fight. Im not sure if that's a bug or what but it's annoying to try to go for it and not being able to, even though I have won it.

Absolute trash. The AI just grapples and holds you. The stats Don't mean anything. You could be master grappling and face an opponent 54% and they can dominate you for the entire round. I've also been "submitted" in a standing clinch. I could go on forever on how the games logic is random and unrealistic. Just don't waste you time.

Excellent MMA game overall. Took a bit of getting used to the controls at first but once you get the hang of it it's amazing the amount of moves etc that are in the game as well as the amount of promotions you can join with the ability to negotiate your contracts. Currently I'm 20-1 in a career right now :-) 5 stars from me.

Usually I love MDickie games, but this one crosses the line when it comes to stats. In this game, for some reason, my grappling stat does nothing and it infuriates me to no end. My grappling stat could be maxed out and I would be fighting against somebody with like 60 grappling and he would somehow counter every move I do consistently and almost instantaneously. Other than that it is a pretty nice game, just utterly infuriating due to the insignificance of the grappling stat.

It's a really good game.. Has good potential. But I think the creators under worked on it. It would be amazing if they add Draw's in a fight and the fighter's record panel have a 3rd (draws) slot. Also fighters must be able to win multiple belts it would be an amazing addition. And also the rankings must be changed, If a fighter ranked 5 challenges a ranked 2 fighter and wins, He should atleast be put at 3 after he fight. Also you could add ppv buys and more money involving to make it realistic.

Very good game with a surprising amount of character customisation and a little bit of RPG elements. Only downside is that, enemies can grab you for a long time and escaping seems to be random. Download this app and buy the full version because it is great.

Well when your being grappled you can't just escape or if you are forced to submit it isn't easy to break loose. Well I like the concept of the game, but I think mdickie should do something about the game. Example the exhibition and backstage passes should be free, that my opinion

Mcdickie... Hate to do this brah. But... This ones my favorite lol. The way you can transition in the grapple position. And actually have GROUND GAME... That's ridiculous for an app.. the fighting. The ability to knock someone out with the right hit. Or even injured them or yourself. This game is massive. I wish you would make a sequel to this one.

It doesn't give me a realistic martial arts experience the opponents only wanna grapple the developers should add different fighting styles like bjj and kickboxing and u can pick your fighting style and use it in your advantage in different situations. For example if your a grappler and your getting rocked constantly u can even the grounds and make the opponent tap or vice versa if your style is boxing or kickboxing you could incorporate different technics to keep a wrestler away like with jabs

I like most of mdickie games but this one is absolutely terrible i get grappled immediately and cant get out for the whole round and its impossible to train because the damage your health takes in fights , you can hardly EVER get out of grapple moves , the only way to win is to immediately simulate the result which still has a high rate it will simulate your failure as the enemies have already grappled you for 2 minutes depleting all health despite mashing escape buttons . good concept

I used to play this game all the time, but I'm disappointed that the option to start with your own character has been removed and put behind a paywall. It's not worth playing without and it is overpriced to get the premium version so just don't get it because the dev is money hungry.
