It's an good earning app but there is not a proper customer support but than to its a app which can be used easily and need an cancel option on the app it will be very help full for dilevery partners...

There is no option to edit my email address whenever i tap on email section it respond with error this section cant be changed. if there is no option then why r your ap asking again and again for e mail address??

Rode 23 kilometres, and it's just 139 for the trip. Totally worthless and we have to wait for a week to get the payment. No way to figure out cash it online payment. Trip fee is very less compared to other partners.

One of wrost app , the customer service were to much bad when u waiting somewhere for pickup they delay to give reply on chat service n not answering you early.

This is the first time ever i have started delivery job. My friend has recommended this app to earn. Yes we have so much difficulties in our life, we have to find the solution of it. No doubt App is perfect for me. Yes petrol rates are high but life dosent give you everything its on us how to live a life. Overall i am happy with this App. Thank you Wefast.

Very bad experice ...aap is totaly confuse where to picup and where to drop ....for wefast team look in to porter app how they manage...wefast pay very little in terms of distance..in my openion totaly worst app compare to porter...I suggest to all delivery boys go with porter they give more money for per order its my personal experience...

it's waste of time and effort. this app only care about customers and own commission,no direct communication a few options are available on chat sections customer give incomplete address and customer care don't give us proper solutions.its worst experience please don't waste your time friends

It is kind of pathetic experience with wefast they do not have option to connect customer care only they have predefined chat articles which they send to us and last night cx didn't pick my call when I told them they informed through chat to connect in morning when I contacted they were asking same silly questions again and again. Like did you contact to customer? Is there any specific reason cx did not response Ask from your customer how would I know this. I can't write much they banned me.

The worst app ever come across. If you open the app , all other apps are effected , you cannot open any other apps as they just minimise automatically and unable to pick up any orders as this app also minimises automatically. Google map does the same. Several times I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same problem persisted, until I had to uninstall the we fast app permanently to be able to use the other apps

Mostly Earnings are low based on distance to cover, and poor interface u cannot cancel the order directly once you take it you have to send a chat message to the team and they have to cancel it,sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I requested an order cancel 1 day back and it is yet to be withdrawn because of that I am unable to take other orders.plz team look into it.

Its my first order i was completed... I have experience..I work in we fast as a delivery partner ..no good customer service ,when I stuck in prblm don't have complaint option in chat section only few options have what they usefully for their company like how to commision pay & all , minimum payout of big order also, I think it's waiste of time

wefast is a very nice app, it employs everyone, I will tell wefast only one, dear sir you know, petrol is 122 rupees, and you get commission in some order but you take more, So I can't afford it, and delivery drop time is also short, there is a lot of traffic in Mumbai, then delivery is not done on order time, so I am requesting wefast, you pay attention to all these things. And cooperate with all our delivery boys,

Lot's of problem in default address. If customer cancel the order we don't get paid for that what about 50 rs. Charge to customer after so much hassle if order is cancelled is truly waste of time

My account got permanently banned without any reason and there is no one to resolve my issue Im the employee of the wefast service I got 5 star on my account then too my id got banned Now i dont have any source of income By (Your employee from frnds id )

The service is very very poor. I had to deliver an urgent package and hence scheduled the pickup time. Wefast kept me waiting for 4 hours and kept shifting the pickup time forward. There is no customer support and the chat is controlled by a bot. The package had to be delivered at a fixed time, but neither did the pickup happen nor could I deliver at the required time. I had to travel the entire distance and deliver the packet on my own. Would not recommend anyone to use this service.

Its been over 10days now. I have tried all kinds of contact support. Emails, instagram DM ,Facebook message ,chat support of app i have got no replies till now today is 9/7/20. Docs profile all is updated but not being verified. Customer supports not working. There is no contact support option showing after profile completion. How to contact how to get verified i have been fed up of trying. Please don't bully people like this if you can't fix bugs in apps and maintain customer support service.
