These cameras worked amazing as expected until I changed phones and now they won't connect with the new phone saying that they don't work with 5.0 wifi but they worked great with my last phone and that was with the same modem as I am trying to use with this new phone which is a far superior phone. Can anyone please help me with this problem as I am not a computer expert and I am now getting extremely frustrated with the entire situation ?? Thanks for your time Tom
Spend half my time trying to view it on my phone keeps saying connection error, and since the last update It won't stay running on my phone so don't know when someone rings the doorbell and will turn itself off when I turn it on after 5 min
This app isn't working well, says I'm offline. Won't allow me to connect or update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled so many times.
easy to use and works like advertised. volume of doorbell could be louder. can only hear on main floor. wish app could connect with google home

Can you imagine? The app wont take wifi password with empty spaces? How do I use it? No wonder such low ratings

The app works but I am missing some features. For example I want to adjust how often the app rings. It will drain my phones battery if I am not around. Also I want to be able to adjust the volume of the outdoor ring or even better switching it off altogether. My visitors get scared when they ring the bell...
