Weigh My Truck

I rarely give 5 stars. I've been using the app for a few years now and was always bothered by how "plain" it was. Also, I did not like that there was no access to the history and was relegated to going into my email if i forgot the weights while changing tandems. Now, the history is included, as it should have always been. Awesome!

Been using the app for a while now but since this new update i either get scale is busy messages or a message about having multiple cards..i only have one card and it is my fuel card never had a problem til now

The greatest thing since sliced bread. Now I don't have to go in to collect a hard copy scale ticket at all, the designated email PDF arrives immediately. Awesome!

Love the new update! Nice to be able to see my load weights in the app and not have to go to my email like before.

Your app seemed to be perfect the way it was... Then today, I've noticed you changed it. IF IT AIN'T BROKE... DON'T TRY AN FIX IT!!

This app saves a whole lot of hassle. It immediately tells you the axle and gross weights and if they're acceptable, you don't need to find a parking spot and go inside. If they need to be adjusted, you can take care of that and do a reweigh from the app as well. My one complaint is that it doesn't let you put in your info before going on the scale. It asks for truck, trailer, and load number. I pickup different trailers every day, so I have to edit that info every time.

This app is great, its accurate and I haven't had any problems locating scales. It saves alot of time I feel like especially if you have to re-weigh. You can see your weight without having to go inside and you can pay all through the app. I still have to go inside to get a hard copy but you dont have to wait to see your weight then go outside and change it, then reweigh and come back inside to see the change if your legal or not. Its a great app.

App has stopped working for me. Been using for over a year with no issues, now it wont communicate with the scales. Very frustrating. *UPDATE* I was contacted by CAT almost immediately, upon posting my review. Hopefully, some bugs have been worked out. Excellent customer service on their part! I will update again, once I verify all is working properly.

The only beef I have with this app is that there's no option for split axle trailers. I can still get total weight but if I want the weight of the individual axles I still have to get with the person operating the scale which makes this app nothing more than a payment portal for split axle. Add this option and it's a 5 star.

Just wow. This app is awesome. In and out in less than 5 minutes and saved $$$. No dealing with the cashier, no having to find a spot to park, no paying the additional fee. Got the weight in seconds and a scale ticket was emailed instantly.

CAT app makes getting scaled convenient especially when a rescale is necessary; no need to go inside to see the results because axle weights show in the app and can be sent to an email. The scale ticket is printed in the store and waiting when you go to get it. Makes scaleing more convenient.

This app helps to take the guessing out of wondering if you are of DOT legal weight. You don't have to press a button, speak to an associate, or walk inside the store. It tells you the axle weight so you may slide them in the correct position. It saves me time and frustration.

Scale ticket on Email is too colorful, effectively unprintable even on black and white print mode. Please fix so that we can save time by printing in our cabs instead of having to find a parking spot, park and then stand in line to get a ticket. Thanks.

Super easy weigh. There is an additional app that will help you find a scale. This one helps you to get it done. If in an RV it's difficult to reach the intercom and this solves that problem. Position your rig and enter the scale number and you are good to go in less than a minute.

This cat scale app is the cat's meow. you can weigh your truck without reaching out the window and pushing the little button it goes right to your credit card and it tells you everything you need right on the phone and it sends you an email with a picture of your scale ticket. It's so easy and whole fart like me can do it.

the app itself works great. save yourself the trouble of parking the truck and going inside and waiting in line to pay. It would be helpful if it had a scale locator instead of having to go into another app to try and find the nearest scale.

I like it, used it for years. Only thing is I've run into issues where I want to use a different payment method but can't. Need to be able to switch payment methods without having to create new accounts with different payment methods on them. App is real basic. Can't see profile, nothing. Just "help or log out"

Well when it works its fine a real time saver BUT 3 in five times that I try to use it I get part way through and the app closes usually right after I change the trailer number or right after I hit accept to pay that's completely frustrating because then sometimes it goes through and others it doesn't 😡 what makes it even worse I've twice had payments go through with no email receipt or scale screen but it printed inside once when I hit the call button she ran it as a first weigh again

I was at first quite impressed with the ease of use, until I wanted to use it again at the same scale... then it took forever to establish communication with the scale to the point where my screen faded to black and touching my screen to see the app, restarted the app at the "accept" screen. 🙁

I like the app. However I wish the credit card information could be put Directly into it instead of having a go to their website. It will save time when you have in credit card issues period of that and that works as advertised.

Excellent app!!! Use it multiple times a day... very, very few glitches. Love the time and hassel it saves me! I like receiving my results in email, but a local (to the phone) saved file folder would be the icing! Keep up the great work!

isn't the idea of cat app to save time? yes we have alot of o/o out here who uses 1 trailer.. but us company drivers uses multiple trailers and different ld #s. 2 save time cant we set up the app where we can pull to the side. make changes like trailer # and ld # 1st then pull on scale then go thru process? so we not tying up the scale?

This is easy to use. I was under the impression that it would keep a file saved for you to see again. It does not. Being you can do this easily on your phone, it would be great if it would save all the files, dates and weights on the phone.

Very helpful figuring out how to adjust your truck's weight. Try it! Not bad with ads. It has one after info is entered you can X right by. I appreciate ads like that that aren't annoyingly in the way.
