I love this app so far. Its given me a reason to continue my previous workouts from a few months back. I absolutely enjoy the progress saving. Many apps have this feature, but this app seems to take more of an intelligent turn to how you desire to progress your workouts. Adding feedback after a 5 minute workout makes it much easier for the next, however you've felt during your previous workout. I absolutely enjoy the fact that this app follows your accord, especially the design. Its promising for new users, giving them a perfectly good reason to come back besides getting fit. I do NOT recommend if you plan on canceling. My card got charged twice and I understand they do not give refunds. I canceled my subscription and I'm guessing my "trial" continued. Once the trial was over I was charged again even after I canceled my subscription. This is frustrating as I lost money for twice for something I didn't even use!

I have used it a bit. However, I want to cancel my sibscription. I cannot change the difficulty setting. It is doing a full beginners cycle. Also, with it onky being 10 or so minutes, it really doesn't do a full workout. It has gotten annoying to do.

Looks like a great app for different fitness levels. I am excited. I did notice that if you use the 7 day trial that the app costs $20/month, but if you just purchase the app without the trial its $20/year! That seems strange to me so i just took the year.

I canceled my subscription less than 24 he's after purchasing. I've emailed about a refund the app wasn't what I thought it was and didn't use it. google play said the payment was processed thru and it's now up to the developer to issue a refund. I've sent 3 more emails to you about my refund and I have been ignored. I really just want my refund!!

One of my favourite apps. No doubt. I think some of the premium services should be offered after a week. For the first week the app should work completely fine (the free version) and after one week offer premium services with a CLEAR OPTION "NO THANKS". Your app is good but the way it goes directly into the premium services menu feels like coercing and makes the app experience mediocre. Thats why you have so many negative reviews which, I believe, you guys don't deserve. Your app is great.

I thought i finally found the perfect app to lose weight but of course like all the others it says im "too young" AND also like all the others, you have to pay. And not just pay, its a subscription. Like all the other fitness apps, this is a dedinite no.

It asks what kind of lifestyle you already lead, for me a sedentary lifestyle but by day two it had me attempting side planks and day three, attempting burpees. How is this program supposed to work if the excercies you are offering are advanced maneuvers? You cant lose weight if you cant do the excercies not to mention one gets discouraged and it's hard to stick with it. I have alerts turned on for my water consumption but have never received an alert? Meal plans would be helpful as well.

My account has been deducted for the premium plan. There should be a pop-up asking if the user is subscribing like many other apps have or should send out a notification. It is totally unacceptable that this option is not available and money is just being deducted automatically Please can you urgently assist as i have contacted support for a refund and awaiting feedback

I have requested to cancel the subscription so long ago. Also why does it says it ends on 2021? I never agree to this. It was supposedly be monthly. I have reported so many times via the chat and no one call me back. I have ask for my money back numerous times. I never agree to continue this app. Get this fix immediately. This is app is a scam!!!!

This is a very good app. It certainly holds me accountable. I just wish that there were more diverse exercises. Or a way to show the modified version of exercises. I, unfortunately, have arthritic knees.

You state that download and usage of the app is free of charge, well why cant I use it free. I get to step 3 and it wont let me continue without signing up for a 7 day free trial for a subscription at $29.99 a year to proceed. Thoroughly unimpressed! Deleted immediately!

It is a nice workout app, the videos are well done. My biggest issue is a fix intensity levels of traning plans. I cannot continue to workout hard after finishing a training plan and I always need to start a new plan. Each new plan starts with a light training let say 11 min and after 6 weeks you can be back to 30 min routine. I wish this setting could be updated and I could continue excerices at similar paste after my training plan is done.

I dont want to pay for a workout because I already have to pay for other stuff and a 7 day free trial isnt enough time because I'm busy a lot so I would probably only have time to workout 1 out of 7 of those days. I am sorry for the bad rating but I thought this app would be different compared to the others. I like the form of the app but I just dont have enough money to pay for the app.

I was not able to use the app throughout my free 'a week's' subscription. Now, I want to cancel my subscription that I am not able to from the play store. Nor anybody from the support team is replying. Can you please let me know any another way of cancelling it or can be done for me, before I get a deduction from my account. Please help.

I like the individual plan and feedback based changes in it. Exercises count in 1 training session increases week by week. I'm able to pick optimal difficulty level.

This app is bogus! Doesn't answers inquiries and doesn't have an option to cancel. You should be able to click the subscription settings and cancel but it doesn't allow. Will be calling my bank.

Hi, I have a problem with payment system. On 29/12/2019 I downloaded this app and the next day deleted it. Everything went well, as I thought but recently I discovered that this app processed payment without my consent and notice. I have read your policy and found that you will return money back of user did not use the app. I did not the app for the period this app processed payment. I have used only for 1 day for a trial and, afterwards, deleted it. I cordially ask you to return my money.

Pointless. Unless you wanna pay for every other word and feature, there's no point. Doesn't really help you, either. May as well just write on paper. Ther are far better apps out there.

I signed up to do the free trialand immediately after downloading it skipped past the first two days and said that I had already missed them. then I'm trying to cancel today before my free trial ends which was stated it ended tomorrow..... So I'm canceling todayand they're saying it won't be cancelled till the 18th and I'll still get charged almost$50

Dissapointing. Will cancel the subscription now. Please don't ever try to try the free trial. It will leads you to subscribe automatically and being charged without using the service. Very bad.

Horrible.. downloaded the app but never used it. I tried to cancel before the 7 days and there is not an option too. My account has now been charged and I am not happy and will not recommend this to others. I have emailed support three times and no one has answered me. And of coarse there is no phone number listed an anywhere for customer service. Can someone please help and refund me?

The only thing thats free on this app is the cardio workouts. You can't do any focus training on abs or any other muscles. If you want to you have to pay... Sorry. But there's more nice apps that has focused training for specific muscles for free... And its training that works....

I have emailed the support team multiple times. so now it's time to leave a review. I do not use this app and have emailed multiple times about them refunding my money. no one will answer. I highly recommend you do not download this app. it is junk. very dissatisfied. and after reading the reviews from others just like myself. I have decided to take further action because you obviously do not care about refunding unhappy customers. or even bother to email back.

I dont think it's right to have to prepaid for a trial I just want to see how it works then if I like I'll purchase the app. Not everyone has a credit card or a visa debit to purchase trials. Give us a free 7 day trial to try out

I installed this app few days back but never used it and then after 1 week Rs 2550 automatically got deducted from my account. I requested for refund. I received a mail through Google grinasys that it has been approved but still I haven't received my money. Plz refund that amount as soon as possible and resolve my issue, I am not going to use this app any further neither I am interested anymore.
