If used properly this is an excellent workout from beginner to advanced. I'm 68 yrs old and have been through it twice. Slight variations allow me to complete all exercises. I've trimmed down from 230 to 185. As you start seeing results, proper diet becomes a focus. This was a plan I never had. Excellent
This is an awesome app!! Yes it has adds(gotta make $$ somehow), but what you get is awesome! It has a daily workout plan with no weights required, it has a meal plan and also a weekly shopping list for that meal plan! It lays it out for you simply. Takes away the stress of figuring everything out.
Being I am out of shape and needing to lose weight, the Beginner phase does take in consideration if your totally out of shape or not accustomed to exercise these exercises do start at low enough repetitions that would be beneficial to build up on repetitions each day. I could not complete the exercises. I lost interest by the fourth day.
This app is amazing. The exercises are easily within my level of fitness. Instructions for the exercises and an easy to follow meal plan. A close family member went to a MD for weight loss and received less instructions and paid over $200. I love this app, I am on the road a great deal and I am able to continue my program while traveling.
The latest update should be resolved immediately. There are 2 major concerns. One the screen is getting off during workout and for the next exercise there is no sound notification like before. Otherwise love this app!
this app gave me the best results as i lost 10 kg weight in a period of 4 months... i know this is a slow result but it is bcz of my inconsistency and eating behavior, otherwise this app is perfect to get the best n desired body shape in a short period of time...
This app is my all time best app. A year before i loss 15 kg of weight in a month. Then i suggested it to friends & they did the same . guys if you wanna loss weight this app will be a perfect fit. Try it please!
I would have given it a higher review but all the workouts are in slow motion so when your doing something like a plank with leg lift it just does 1 frame per second while your in the plank position
So far so good. Been at it for 7 days now definitely see a difference from when i started would like to see more but its a workin progress. offer a paid version to remove ads and i pay purchase it. The only complaint is way to many ads
The exercises are reasonable and effective as well, and the diet to mention. I've seen some results in the first 2 weeks of exercise that's why I give a 5 star!
This a very good app. As We can do the exercise at the choice of our time as much as we want and it shows the meal that we should take. It is a great app just use it once and see the difference in two months.
some exercise are quite hard and cannot be done easily. some are very easy and there amount is low. it is quite opposite that you have to do hard exercise more but easy a less time.
good exercise.. but itsnhard when doing a lunge.. recomand to change that exercise and fix the timing activities more logic time.. im using this apps twice after i finist my 30 days exercise,, lost 10 kg in 30 days with diet plan.. nice update 👍👍👍.. sorry for my poor english..

Absolutely exhausted. First day definitely gave me a good excersise, with my almost 20 stones some of it was bit too much, like 20 pushups ouch but I done it with like 15 excersise left l, fell good about it swetting like .... Very nice app 👌👍, will show my results after 30 days, thanks guys
really good! in two months I lose some weights. but controlling your diet and hydratation are also very important. I'm really grateful to the developper, thus I recommend you this wonderful app.
App created only for ads.. Waste app.. Everytime I click on day 1 it says ready to go and app crashes and comes back to home page.. And ad display will come..
it's a very effective guide to loose weight and gain strength. meal plan is a plus for this app. it's a great app for us that does not have much time to hit the gym so ofter.
Overall an excellent app. Only gripe is some of the counts are to slow. (like the plank with leg lift and star jumps) but otherwise great
its really amazing after 3 days of work out you can see a little bit change on your tummy.but you must follow also the food diet. and self discipline if you really want to see the transformation.

Nice app developed for all types of human being i.e fat or slim. This app reduced my time and money also. Very easy ways are used for exercise. All the best for further development.
Same timer with horrible robotic voice used for each exercise means you end up doing one star jump every 7 seconds. Shame as it could have been good!
I have never been a person who liked exercising but I am enjoying my new life Style. Thanks to this apl I am making steady progress with my weight loss and exercising. This is very helpful for all beginners regardless of age.
The constant ads drive me nuts. They even come during the workouts. Why not leave them between the workouts. Uninstalled.
I've tried several home workout apps, but this is the first one that I've actually been willing to stick with for the entire thirty day plan! The exercises are of a reasonable difficulty, and there's enough variety and rest days built in that doing my workout is never a chore. There's a diet module that helps you meal plan that I have not yet used, but you rarely see that feature in other free apps. This app has helped me maintain my healthy weight, which is all I can ask for. Highly recommend!
