WeightWatchers Tracker Scale

I have been using the app since mid January 2022. But in the last week it stopped syncing all data with my phone 😡 I reinstalled the app and all it recognizes is my weight and I have to manually enter the rest of the data. It is very annoying and I am not satisfied. It's basically a giant paper weight unless someone can offer troubleshooting to fix it.

I upgraded to a new phone and the app auto installed as part of the setup. After I logged to the app, I found that only my previous weight data was loaded and now my scale reads all the bio data but only transmits weight (and did BMI once after uninstalling and reinstalling the app). I didn't export my health data so now I've lost two years of everything except weight. Fix it!

Can't even give it one star. I connected it to the scale I got today and I seem to have the same issues. It changed the scale from lbs to kg and crashes before I can even read the message on the app. Useless, frustrating, and I lost an hour of my life trying to solve a problem.

The app just keeps stopping. Didn't work right for even 60 seconds before the error. Glad this was free because this app is a complete waste of time. Scale measuring in kg... which means nothing to an American. No instructions included on how to change it. I love WW but their appliances (and apparently affiliated apps??) are just cheap garbage. But again, this was free so I got what I paid for.

This is the most unstable app I have ever experienced. I have downloaded,setup scale, app begins crashing, deleted app, reinstalled app, and repeated this process several times without any positive results. Very buggy! Glad I bought this scale that cant use the app it is designed to work with.

Keeps crashing. I've yet to be able to use it other than the initial set up. Everytime I open the app it closes. I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling, and everything else I can think of. The app is garbage don't waste your time. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Just downloaded the app after receiving my scale and it keeps crashing. It also changed the scale to KG from Lbs so now I would have to google the conversion. Idk why WW has a separate app for the scale, especially one that doesn't even work.

I signed in got on scales blue tooth found scale. Then suddenly app failed and message said app had a bug and developer needs to fix first. So I can no longer get in. 5/17/22 still not working. Reload pgm make contact via blue tooth then when I step on scales app goes crazy and crashes. From that point on I cannot open app keeps crashing.

Got my new scale today & was super excited. Installed this companion app & it just keeps crashing. I hope the developers get whatever this bug is fixed soon. I would love to see what all this scale is actually capable of doing.

All I can say is I'm glad it was free because like everyone else the app won't open because of a bug. Ive tried reinstalling. It only weighs in kg which means nothing to me and there are no instructions how to fix it. No wonder they give the scale away.

When the app updated, it now only reads my weight and BMI even though the scale goes through all the other readings. And, why is there a calculation for heart rate? My scale doesn't have that!! I have manually put the other key information in.. fat, water, muscle and bone. Not fun!

After the update, the scale only syncs weight and not body analysis data, even though the rest of the data shows on the scale. Will have to enter data manually until a bug fix is released.

I just installed and uninstalled 2 minutes later. It will not reister lbs , only kg, the app kept restarting, then it would open any longer. I uninstalled it for fear of it crashing my phone all together.😔...(3 hours later update ..to any users out there, take out the battery to get back to lbs from kg)

Just got my scale and installed the app today. I cannot keep the app open long enough to use it. It shuts down repeatedly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. That did not help.

When my phone updated, I had the same problem everyone else had - app would not install and I felt like my info was just gone. I was so disappointed. But I saw another user's review today saying they fixed it, and I tried again. All of my historical data has been restored, though it remains to be seen whether or not it will recover any info from the gap of time the app wasn't working. Not a huge deal, and I'm glad it's fixed! Thank you! Took off a star for the temporary drop in service.

There's a bug that closes the app a few seconds after opening. A message flash's that says wait for the developer to fix the app. Useless scale.

Absolutely horrible! Where's App ever! Can't even connect to my device cuz it won't allow me.. not even through the app or my phone! So I think both APP & Device are defective.

There is a bug with the last update. The app just is capturing the weight and none of the other stats it used to before the 5/2 update. Please fix!

Note: App has been fixed. Update for app kept crashing. Tried to follow suggested steps. Nothing worked, and now the app is gone and will not reinstall. Note: Developers responded quickly to all the requests and updated the app. It is now working again just fine, so thank you to them. So I updated the rating. I have used this app for several years worth the scale and find it quite helpful.

The app doesn't stay open or connected. A message keeps popping up now saying the app has a bug and the developer needs to fix it.

This app is very hard to set up but once set up, is very easy to use. Love the import feature, that allows you to send your information to your doctor. Be prepared to call their excellent customer assistance for the scale and app and be patient as they walk you through it. Please note when they ask you to "tap on the scale," they mean to step on it and step off it.

It doesn't work..I step on the scale looking at Bluetooth connection and the app quit opening..can't keep the app open...Im really disappointed of WW scale...

The app crashes on startup. Uninstall, restart phone, reinstall is no help. Started doing this after last update. Need developers on this!

Got my free scale but the app has bugs and won't load at all. Can't even get in to manually add weight measurements. Now I know why WW was giving these scales out for nothing as that is what they are worth.

I was sooo excited... Just downloaded a few days ago... keeps crashing and saying app has a bug! Tried to restart but no luck! Smh!

I downloaded this so I could use the Bluetooth scale but it leads you to joining weight watchers instead of the scale.

Have downloaded 3 times. Crashes every time. Glad I didn't pay for the scale...
