The app is very buggy. I keep having to reset my password and then customer service said my account is still active. The biometric login is missing on the home screen most of the time so I cannot automatically login. I end up like logging in through my connect NYU account. Once I am in the app everything works fine.
It's not the most comprehensive or easy to use app. It has an option for fingerprint login but it never works. It never remembers my user name, despite the remember me box being used. It's only really decent for getting test results, setting appointments and requesting refills.
Why do you have to create a new password every time you use this app? It probably wouldn't be as irritating if it weren't for the fact that often people don't feel very good when they are trying to contact a doctor. Try s little harder, please.
This app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I always get very timely responses to my messages which cover all aspects of my requirements from CSS. It provides all info needed to keep track of my appointments, medications, test results etc. in one location resulting in my having complete confidence that I have access to my treatment at all times.
Very impressive for a hospital system organization to come up with such an interactive and useful app. Well done👍
Not user friendly esp considering the older age group who need to fill these out. Make more room for current medications the patient is taking, for instance. There was one line and room for maybe three items. Why is this so hard and frustrating to use? Also, I downloaded the weillcornellmedical 'magazine' by accident because the apps have similar names. Couldn't figure out which one was the patient portal.
Love using Connect. Easy access and not hard to navigate
This app has made my medical info retrieval so much easier! Meds list? Got it! Surgeries? Got that too! A true time saver
Never had a problem with App. However, the new update is horrible. I'm unable to log in. I've tried uninstalling to no avail. But prior to update it was excellent.

Can't even see my log in info!! Not user friendly, at all! Can't chat with anyone about anything you really need to chat about! Video visits are through zoom, no6this app! Don't bother downloading it, mostly useless, really! Ugh!
Have not been able to make this app work for me at all. After installing it twice, I still have problems logging in. Ridiculous! Waste of time.
If it's better than before then tell me why I can't connect to anybody it won't even let me connect to the app every time I click on it it crashes immediately never using my old phone is ztemax pro 2 and my new phone is a Galaxy 21 plus and the app still works like garbage?
Upgraded to 4 stars. Issue resolved. I can log in.Can't log in. Useful app that can do most of what I need. Could still be improved.
Ugh. New version doesn't remember you. Doesn't even let you click into the username and password field to let you enter your info.
I haven't been able to login in for months and I keep getting an error message about unable to connect to server, try again later.
My Experience at Weill Cornell Medical Center was great. On October 20_2021 Dr Theodore Schwartz, removed a large Pitetury glans Truma from my Head I thank God for the Doctor, because I could have been blind if the Truma was not removed. In 2018 July another Doctor tried to removed the Truma, but he was notable to do it, in a result of that it leave with a problem and 14 days in the Hospitalit took me months to recovered. Thanks to Dr Schwartz after 4 days after my surgery I was home thank Go
What's with the spamming & phishing attempts, almost IMMEDIATELY after every use of this or MyChart. At first, I'd doubted it. But the spam was blatantly associated with the symptoms!
Great app. Would be better if you were able to compare side by side results by date.
You have everything in one place. Results, appointments, phone numbers to contact your physician and nurses. Very easy.
sign-in screen so tiny. I cannot see the letters in username and password. Completely not workable!
I love the ease of getting in touch with my doctor easily and also getting results of tests recommended by my doctor.
None of my messages will load. The loading indicator just keeps spinning forever.

The app is only interested in getting what the institutional sponsor what they want to know or have for theown potentia protections. I don't really feel they are sincerely want to know what my needs or concerns are. It feels like it was designed primarily by their legal counsel not by physicians who truly care and seek the ideal best ground for ture "standards of care" instead of the traps of the current SOC abided by most of practitioners. Alas....I'm stressed & tensed.....

I had the app and then they want me to sign up for MyChart and they both the same so I'm confused
Ii would give this app a 2 star rating but I find it very useful in terms of messaging/communicating with my doctors. The app works most of the times except when it doesn't. It won't remember me despite being confirmed to remember me. The biometric login feature hardly ever appears unless there is some secret code of the universe which clicks into place and....there it is! You can't delete old notifications, I've tried and you can't clean up your landing page.
