Bought 20 of the bible buddies for VBS and it doesn't even work on the Samsung S5...One of the most popular phones. I emailed the company and they said it is not compatible with my phone. Now I feel like we can't even tell our VBS kids about the app. Too many will be disappointed when it doesn't work. You blew this one, Group *******UPDATE********* Just got an update automatically on the app and it now works with my Samsung! Thank you Group! I love the app, it is so fun. Nice to see a company care.
Does not work on Motorola Droid RAZR Max HD. Very disappointing after we were told it would work with any smart phone. Would give it zero if I could. I have a sad grandson. A letdown after a great VBS.
Did work until I had to get a new phone. Now it won't open or it restarts the phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, took it off my SD card to put on device, closed all apps and still nothing.
If you have a google nexus 7 it works perfectly. but the product does not work on the nexus 4 or kurio 7 tablet - both devices DO have auto focus. When this is fixed, I will change my rating!
We just couldn't figure it out. We got one and one half animal to work. The kids are really disappointed.
It doesn't work with my phone. I was disappointed because other people at VBS talked about how great the app is.
My kids went to the camp and heard about the app and have been asking me to download the app so I had to. It really is a great app
I was reallly excited when i opend it up and picked my animal i reilalized it was just a carmra and that you could look at them and then i realized that you can't so for all the people that look at coments don't downlode this game
I was so excited to use this app in my VBS classroom but last night when i tried to use it as per the instructions it will not work. I got it to start when trying to recognize axl for about 3 secs and that was it. Very disappointed.
We were told it was compatible for tablets and all smartphones. My daughter knows how to use the tablet and it does not work on it but it works on my phone and I don't allow her to play with my phone. Google play needs to make it more compatible.
Will not work for Iggy. It will not focus. Tried different character to focus on Iggy and it did focus but won't play because it's wrong character. Please fix. Kids are disappointed.

Pretty good, but can't get Iggy to scan. The others scan perfectly and easily. Wanting to record the sayings for the bible buddies to use to help me with the opening during vbs week.
I it won't let me click start idk why but I just won't let me I tried even restarting the app but I didn't work do u can get it and try it but it didn't work for me!!!
What I did what it says it just stayed as its normal tag uggg
Works ok on S4 but camera wont focus so only recognises 3 of 5 buddies. Have to force stop to close it
Its really cool because the bible buddies pop up on the screen and talk to you and tell you the bible verse
I went to weird animals vbs and now I have a giant iggy the lizard poster now yay
It is the best one for kids over 9 10 11 12
This app is a fun way to supplement your child's learning during VBS!
I ran my church's VBS for several years, and Group always produced a high quality program which we sometimes chose to run ourselves. I think the idea of building apps annually for kids to stay connected with their VBS characters is fantastic. Unfortunately (and I see I'm not alone here), the app doesn't work on my phone. Went to canyon creek church and they handed these out and the app is unbelievable the only bad thing is that u need WiFi
Not much to this game, should be able to make what is here work properly, especially when people have to pay for the tokens. Could get just as much out of video clips except little ones like the interaction.
