They made the New York section up to date: they no longer have the no dancing in bars law, as NYC abolished the caberet license requirement.
Proves that politiciand pass the stupidest laws and that we need to go through and clean house then clean up the books.
Definitely not all of the stupid laws our country has, but a fair enough collection to peak one's interest.
Some laws were not laws, some laws are not stupid at all, (LIKE PUSHING A MOOSE OFF AN MOVING AIRPLANE), but I learned that we do have some laws that are stupid.
The Alabama Bio wasnt complete. It is illegal for women to wear high heels downtown Mobile.
It shows how many Stupid and un needed laws are on the books. I can imagine the book of laws is probably at least 2 foot thick, if not 3.
It doesn't show the law when you share to social media. All it shows is a American flag with the name of the app. But it is funny.
I got a real kick out of it! I live in NY state & have a friend who is a lawyer on Long Island & I sent him a screenshot of what was listed for NY & asked if they were true & he said yes. So it's very accurate
This is super interesring and pretty fun to read. It's amazing how many outdated and peculiar laws are still on the books.
