Horrible Logs me out every time then I have to try to remember my login and login every time and all I want to do is scan my card. Awful, awful awful app. ShopRite and Aldi apps simply remember me. It's not a security risk for someone yo use my app, I assure you.

Never remembers your home store so you get to start over every time. E-coupons never load, never work, so you get to meet the manager every time. Nothing intuitive or user friendly, quicker to just go to the store and wander. Also click to see current circulars, but instead see them from 4-5 weeks ago. Absolutely useless

When it comes to their on-line/ delivering accuracy, they have enough issues, to work-out. But I'm not giving up, been with them, for motr then 30yrs!

Super easy to clip coupons and order online

This app use to be "ok" for creating shopping lists. It was nice because I can browse the stores inventory and add items to my list. But it seems lately that their item search feature has gone downhill. I no longer get successful results. It freezes a lot and the process to add items to a list is painful. Please just copy what Wegmans does! Their app is great.

This app is frustrating... When you search for products it's hit or miss if the app finds item. For example, I just searched 1st for balsamic vinegar with no luck, so I tried just vinegar. I was told there were no such products. The coupon section is annoying and slow. You click to save, it it lags while adding and you have to wait for a pop-up "added" graphic to go to the next one.

I have told Weis repeatedly how poorly this app functions. Its search engine is Neanderthal; items one can regularly purchase in the physical store are not listed; and if one wants 6 potatoes or 8 tomatoes, and does not know how many are in a pound, it isn't possible to convert "pounds" to "each," if the price is per pound. If you're ordering from your established list and search for something, the search engine returns you to the top of the list, rather than where you left off.

App does not have any search cross-referencing. Although it gives suggestions, when you choose one of the suggestions, it says "no products found". I've even had to purposely misspell an item to find it! Very broad searches still do not yield what I KNOW to be in stock, and narrowing the search gives you virtually no choices. It is painfully slow, will not keep a scroll through in progress, pops you back to beginning once you load something to list. Takes me three hours to make a grocery list!

Please add a built-in QR scanner so I don't have to use my cell's camera and go to a webpage in my browser, the coupons can be scanned and added directly within the app?!? Also, please add a "clip all" option for the e-coupons? That'd be a LOT easier for people who are too time pressed to scroll through hundreds of coupons - just clip all and use what we want and let what we don't sit and expire. Thank you! <3

Needs improvements. Not sure why they felt the need to add a whole pop up to let you know a coupon was added every single time you add a coupon, but...... Annoying. It's not easy to find your loyalty card number. And the points..... Forget it. Edit.... Wow!! Now, not only is the pop-up still there, but now they've made it so that you have to DISMISS the pop-up for every single coupon you add. Ridiculous.

Customer service is like families relationship. All you mostly need at one stop. Mostly of all, their dairy products and freshly made salad dishes are always very fresh and tasty. It's truly convenient!

It socks in having to turn off wifi to connect. Other issue is availability not based on actual store inventory like Walmart but on a list of items they carry. Out of stocks have Ben over 58% of some orders. Poor service

I'm not sure what all the low scores are about. I put in my email and had to reset password (I forgot...usually just use my phone number). They immediately sent email and I reset password. After inputting my user name and password, everything worked perfectly....ecoupons, recipes, viewing weekly circular, adding items to lists,....everything (at least so far). My guess for the negative responses is because they dont know how to use a pretty straight forward (or any) app. I would recommend.

I couldn't sign in,I had a card along time ago,I lost it, so I have been using my Mother-in-laws,no problem using it when I go shopping!! but I want to use digital coupons,(can't) it won't go though,what is going on?you don't want no one shopping there anymore??

Just wondering, everyone having a problem entering your loyalty card number, are you entering the first 11 numbers as per the directions? If you enter that last number, it won't accept it.

This app always has issues when you need it to not. Weis usually has great deals on 2 liters especially with the clipped coupons, when the app works it's easy and effective, the problem is it never works. HTTP errors when trying to bring up my club card, registration issues for my wife's new card, not applying the coupons even though they are clipped. It's like they got intern software developers to make this.

It is easier to go to the store and go up and down every aisle than to use this app. Not all items that are covered by coupons show up. Only some ad flyers listed actually display. The search comes up with bizarre results. Not all coupons are listed. It actually makes shopping harder.

I never write bad reviews, however, this app is not user friendly at all. The search function is slow and the page freezes or places you at the bottom after searching forcing you to scroll up. Horrible compared to similar stores and apps. App refuses to accept loyalty cards despite even having ordered a new one as suggested. Refuses to allow a delivery order without the loyalty card, so even though I have been a customer for nearly 20 years, I can't order delivery with my number.

It would be great if this app included the date on when our points expire; as well as a reminder that 100 points is 10 cents off gas, redeemable at a Sheetz gas station. Afterall, this is probably the main reason why people use this app. (to save money). In addition, it would be great if we can scan the coupons we recieve in the mail to our ecoupons page in the app. You know...that way we don't have to use two methods of couponing.

AWFUL APP!!! same complaint as many others...won't accept the loyalty card that I've had for years, which means I can't use the rewards points for discount and deals. Saves them the $$$. Never had problems with competitor apps, maybe I'll drive the extra 2 miles to spend my money there instead.

Huge Relief! I haven't shopped Weis in years solely because of how awful their online order system was. I came back for the xtra creamy oat milk. I'm addicted. The new app is fantastic! Thank you for fixing it!

Regardless of how I feel about the app, I absolutely love Weis Markets (Newport, PA), as a store. The app however is almost on a level of being garbage. I hate giving bad reviews, so it hurts even saying that, especially because I absolutely love the store. Only giving review in hopes they read it & fix it. It takes forever to clip coupons, have to wait for a verification of the coupon being clipped, to come up, every time before you can clip another one & it takes fooorrrevver!! Please fix 😞

Bad app, worse store. Should go back to using the physical cards like normal, saves so much time and money.

I was very excited to use this app! Until I installed it. It stinks. When I tried setting up an account and went to enter my card number the app said it didn't recognize my loyalty card. Yet I use this SAME NUMBER in-store with no issues. The warehouse club with the two big red letters got it right, their mobile app and coupon clipping works perfectly! Get it together Weis, this is not an impressive look to your customers.

I'd give it zero stars if that were an option. Can't view a current curcular. Searches give poor results.

I'm not sure where the disconnect is but the App usually marks an order ad Picked Up before its ever been picked up. The search would be better if you could sort products by price or name. Also, the search is very more literal than most (ie I accidentally typed dream fields instead of dreamfields and it didn't find any products). The Wal-Mart app will still suggest a product.

Just garbage. I DL'ed so that I could place an order for delivery because I'm sick & can't get out. It said I had to sign up to place an order even though there was a continue as guest options. Well after an hour of trying put my Weis card in, it would never accept it. It's a 12 digit number but they only want the first 11 digits because of their own stupidity. Well, it wouldn't take the 11, nor the last 11. So I signed up for a new one. Twice. Not even and email confirmation. Weis is terrible.

Useless App. Would love to be able to use this app but, I can't even sign up. I've had this same card for over 10 years and yet for some reason my card doesn't exist? Tried to sign up for a NEW card to no avail. They give the option to just sign in as a guest but that's completely pointless because it will just take you to a sign up screen.

Does not work. It spins and spins until my phone goes black. Not sure what's going on.
