This app is absolutely awful. Every time I open the app it crashes. I have to download the guide again every time I want to use the app, as it just vanishes between sessions. I'll get notifications on my phone for this app. Once I open it, the app crashes completely and the notification vanishes. This has truly been an awful idea. I'm both frustrated and annoyed that I have to use this app. The only thing I have used this app for is booking a slot for collecting my ID. Thankfully, i haven't had to use it for anything else, I had to use it for for other things, I would just refuse.
Very unorganized, easily get lost and information seems to disappear when trynna find it again.

Although the app makes scheduling things during the induction week somewhat easier, it keeps crashing and the updation of the dp takes too long for some reason. Moreover, the back arrow at the top of the side bar exits you out of the app altogether rather than taking you to the previous menu, a rather poor design choice. The app is also some what bloated and clunky with the same events showing up separately under different tabs leading to confusion while scheduling.
