Better success rate with therapists than at a physical office. Can get a weekly therapist with a week's notice, unlike the several months at some practices. Video call quality is better than any dedicated app (Facebook, FaceTime, Skype, Google Hangouts, etc.) and the app is extremely easy to use and bug-free. Only issue I've had is that I could not access the site or the app when I was abroad in Europe. Really, this app is excellent for mental health. Same $ as in-office visits, after insurance.

Loved it; this was my first time using a telehealth service. Lots of up front questions, because it's important to be thorough. Provider was clear, competent, efficient (but not rushed) and compassionate. Would definitely use again without hesitation.

The app is great when you're not feeling well and don't need to be physically seen. Waited 2 hours in the "waiting room", but covid-19 is going on so I have no problem waiting in the comfort of my home. My phone vibrated every time I moved up the line - I appreciated that. The dr was knowledgeable, kind, and patient: given then circumstances. He took the time to view the pics I sent of my throat and listen to my concerns. I would use this app again and recommend it to others.

This service would be great if it actually worked. The last three times I have tried to use it I have given up after an hour or so waiting in the virtual lobby. Given the COVID-19 epidemic I understand and anticipate longer wait times. However, I find it unacceptable to go from having 9 patients ahead of me, waiting it out until that number decreases to 4, only to have it jump back up to 6 twenty minutes later with no further explanation. Stick with Teladoc.

Loved the experience, especially because you can see who is available immediately and what their specialty is. Not sure why no pharmacies anywhere near me showed up as choices, so I picked one but then my doctor had to Google search my address himself to find out where to send my prescription. Fix this, and it would be a perfect app as far as I'm concerned!

Love it! I only want to go to the Dr this way! In less than 4 minutes I was on the phone with a real, live doctor. She assessed my symptoms and had a rx called in to the pharmacy by the end of our visit. Very friendly and thorough. I will definitely use this again. For me and all my family. No glitches, no issues, super easy.

Wish there was a wait time, not a huge deal as I know each patient varies in time spent. I also wish there was a way to contact the doctor after. My first time using this app two weeks ago, the script didn't go through. I had to find the doctor again and wait to speak with them to get it resolved. The doctor was super helpful and even waited on hold with the pharmacy. This time I had my son meet with a pediatrician, very easy.

Waited 3 hours for doctor and was thrown out, logged out. Session expired. No reason for this and shouldnt happen. Im sick and needed this appointment especialky after waiting this long. Cant even log back in as it is saying my log in details are incorrect. This is a great concept but not enough doctors, not enough support when you call as ive been on hold 10 minutes. Waste of time. Only 4 doctors were available to begin with. BCBS needs to look elsewhere for a telehealth provider.

Be prepared to be charged and unable to reconnect to a scheduled appointment because your internet refreshed and "According to our records, this visit had already occurred". Don't ever use this on PC and be prepared for customer service to be unavle to look up any list to see what happened. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This service is very convenient, especially when there is a need for social distancing. The app work well most of the time. Sometimes there are connection issues, but they are resolved quickly in general.

I was able to see a very friendly and caring physician who took the time to review my record, ask appropriate qutestions, and fax a Rx to a local pharmacy. This was my first experience with telemedicine and it was excellent. I am thus far very favorably impressed with the Well Connection app.

Overall, awesome experience. Very convenient. My only complaint was that I tried to minimize the app while I was waiting to see a doctor. There were about 25 people ahead of me. This caused the app to crash and I had to start all over.

First time using it and I have to say a great experience. I dont mind visiting the doctor but this is great during this difficult time. Very convenient and easy. Definitely something I will use as needed.

I was very skeptical at first, but I was able to see a doctor within 10 minutes. Got the help I needed and everything worked out. It's obviously not as good as visiting a doctor in person, but given the situation wherein it's a good alternative.

Ridiculous!! I can't even Log In to the Account that I just created before choosing to Install the App, it continues to say that my email does not match!!

The doctors are all really caring and really making it easy to speak with them tbrough video. It saves so much time and traveling back and forth to get to an urgent care or the er to wait god only knows how long to be seen.

Have used the app twice and it was great! Very nice, attentive doctors. Prescriptions sent and received by my pharmacy. Will definitely continue to use.

Felt a little uncomfortable at first talking to a stranger over video but my doc Timothy Talbot made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Easy to talk to and was very friendly. Got me diagnosed quickly and sent in a prescription for me.

My doctor was professional, and the entire visit was easy. It was a blessing to not have to try and find a ride just to get antibiotics for my daughter. This app has been needed for a long time.

App works well with google android. If a person has used well conection in the past, many of the entrie are brought up on following visits.

I was skeptical of doing an online doctor visit but it was a pleasant experience. I was able to get treated for a sinus infection without having to drag myself to the doctor.

Very convenient and cost effective. An urgent care would have cost me $150 but the telehealth was covered since we met our deductible this year.

This was so easy!! Even the first visit. The Doctor was thorough and very nice!!! I highly recommend this instead of having to wait to see your family physician or an urgent care. 😷😊

Went well just wish there was a way to transfer my RX and med info vs typing everything. Saved time leaving home to go to drs since i was not feeling well enough to go anywhere
