Follow up to Scissor Boys response. First of all, I am a licensed professional and have been for 36 years? I'll go to the Wella professional site, thank you. The app is useless and not user friendly. I think the fact that there's nothing but negative feedback left for it shows there's definitely some bugs to work out. Good luck

After the most recent update, the app can't start and constantly crashes

This app is not very functional on my Chromebook. I have to scroll through every page using my touchpad, everytime I open it. There is no quick way for me to access the portions I need. It also freezes often.

This is the worst app ever. So difficult to ever find what you need. I simply want to go on and look up the product and see a description and instructions etc. Can't ever find where to do that. I don't know who designed this app but it's horrible.

I'm trying to register on the app and everytime I get to the space where I put my state, it exits out of the app and I have to start all over. I've done this 3 times in a row.

worst app cant register, contacted live chat and they cant figure it out either. login doesnt work.

It's not letting me login .... and when I go to reset my password. I'm not getting the email to reset my password

i had the wella app on my other phone but since i got a new phone it wont download on this new phone. i keep getting an error. what is wrong with the app?

I wasn't sure at first but then I have few questions and I talked with the representative that was very helpful not many apps give you that options I love it I change review in to the five stars

The app doesn't work, it doesn't open the content I am looking for. Although some of the others using it it's working for them

Couldn't log in

Love it ..but when im watching videos the sound goes after thry introduce themselves...is anyone else having the same problem??

Love the idea, and concept. I'd love to watch the videos and interact with this app. But via my s6, the app is shutting down every 5 min. Let me know when fixed, I'll definately use the app. Currently it opens, I click on profile, it opens slow, then click on view my education profile and links to a non-existant page. Click on color and it freezes. I was in the business videos, which I loved, now I can not get back to those? Maybe a contents area to be able to find all on the app easily. Too many

I have a Note 5, and can't open anything on this app. Please help

I couldn't even get past setting up my account before I decided to uninstall the app.

I fry to use it but it quits working on me every single time. Can't do anything on it. It disappoints me that a company that makes so much money can't give back to stylists and get a working app, as well as being so far behind in technology.
