You can not locate any of the services. As larges as TX is there is no way that there are no doctors, vision services that you could use with this card. Very bad services. Rethinking membership. Better off with AAA.

App needs to be updated. I try searching for providers but it doesn't search. Tried calling customer service and they are not help because they never answered

I only installed to get my wellness card number since the website is buggy. This app doesn't search for doctors at all! Fix it please. It's worthless aside from having your wellness card which I'd rather have a physical card personally.

Looks good, but search does not work on Samsung Galaxy S6. Just blinks after entering zip code.

I would enjoy the benefits of having the card if we could use the app. Doesn't work on a S6 edge. Crashes on launch. Boo. Will change when it's working.

it will not let me search anything. If I click a tab it crashes. The only thing I can do is look at my card

And exactly *why* do you need all the invasive permissions? Prescription discount for data mining your every move- no thanks. That's the opposite of transparent.
