The intention of App is to generate an appointment Id which will be captured in Wellcare System. The app enables submission of enrollments to Wellcare system, generating a confirmation Id on successful submission.

For no reason the app would not open. Just a blank white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled now its fine. Update... Every other day the app malfunctions. Every day I find it easier to uninstall and reinstall . A lot of unnecessary extra work for the agent 😥
I bought a new phone and I cannot open the App now. Even after reinstalling it numerous times! I'm trying to enroll a D-SNP app, which I cannot do on Wellcare Enrollment Agent Assisted online. This is so frustrating! My other phone broke so I cannot use that one that works either.
Can't even log-in. I just keep getting the message, "Agent details missing." I don't know what's missing, all it's asking for is NPN and agent number.....ugh. Transport yourself back to 1990 and just stick with paper application.

Gitchy Gitchy Gitchy Great concept, but it just doesn't work ...yet!
Quirky at best on galaxy note 10+. Kept closing drop-downs before you can click a choice! Tried clicking over and over to catch a choice before it close back, to no avail. Enrollment module scrolls back to top every time you complete an item. Tried clearing the catch, data Failed completely on the last day of AEP!
