Wellcare SOA

Scope of Appointment Application intends to automate the scope of Appointment process and help Sales Agents to capture beneficiary information and e-signature when Agent meets the beneficiary; hence instantly initiate its processing at the back-office. Beneficiary and Sales Agent Appointment details can be captured in the form. Application has Salesforce integration enabled due to which Appointment ID can be fetched from Salesforce system once e-SOA form is submitted.

when i downloaded the app & anytime i pull it up, why is there already a sign in name & password thats not mine? sounds sketchy to me!

Called WellCare district sales mgr. to learn why I couldn't log-in... She informed me it dosen't work due to new URL "callidus" to use for all producer requirements (sans WellCare University). I wish I knew how the other agent replies are so positive.
