crashes all the time
I tried to type a question but the page wont scroll so I can submit it.
app discontinued with out any notice, now I have to find the new app. . .
The find a dentist part is not working, I have been trying on and off all day. You also have to type in your password and username 6+ times for the app to actually log you in. Everything else seems to be working fine though.
Seems to have fixed the navigation and scrolling issues reported in other review. Works fine in my Galaxy S9+. Could still use fingerprint login though.
The app is a great idea, but isn't developed very well. Not being able to scroll on a phone to see total summary of benefits is a colossal issue and seems like it should be a simple, high priority fix. Also whenever you "click" something, it jumps around the page on the screen.
A terrible wrapper for a browser window. Doesn't scroll properly, is developed for an old Android version, doesn't support fingerprint login, and you have to log in every time you launch the app. Hitting back will end your session, causing you to have to log in again.
Not mobile friendly. It doesn't let you scroll down so you can't actually see your benefits or whatever list you're looking at.
When I click on show more claims and the app will not allow you to scroll to see.
The app is useful for a quick glance of your insurance benefits, claims, and to determine your deductible. However, it does not properly scale the screen to the device and does not allow you to scroll to view items off screen... .a little frustrating!
Won't open claim info once logged in
I tried to register once I downloaded it and it wouldn't properly put in my date of birth and phone number. It kept putting the same number in even tho I was hitting different numbers.
Great app. Worked like a charm when I couldn't find my physical insurance cards when I needed to go to the doctor. Only works for those of us in Iowa and South Dakota right now but it tells you that in the app description.

Hate it
On my Nexus I log into my account and after 30 seconds an error message pops up and asks me to log in again.
Could not get logged into my account after registering. Kept getting wrong user ID or password errors. When I did finally get logged on you can't nit scroll down so half the pages that do display, you can't even read the entire page. Needs a major overhaul.
Everytime I use this app I have to log in which is fine, however it claims I was entering the wrong password every time. I would have to change it everytime. It also took forever to load.
It's useless, I've had the app since February, still I haven't been able to access cost sharing or covered benefits info, it freezes up then resets back to the login page
When I go to ask a question, there's nothing that let's me send the question. Please fix!
