The new update is making the sign in screen jumpy. Please fix this glitch
The bad thing about this app is that if you don't login for a long time, it'll say it can't show any information. This seems to be a cache error or possibly a security feature poorly disguised. Anyway, I figured out if you logout and log back in, you don't have that issue. That being said, people in the middle of issues aren't troubleshooting. There needs to be a notice added explaining that they need to login again. I gave 4 stars because I can find what I need and the layout is intuitive.
The app rarely works. I tap in my password and it freezes every time.
I got this app at least a year ago for easier access on my phone. It worked well for a while, and though it had some glitches that could have been improved I was happy overall. However, now it will never let me log in. I don't use it on my phone very often, I usually look online, but whenever I would try it would tell me that the information is unavailable at this time. This has been happening for months. It was convenient, now it's just disappointing.
When I open it just flashes and won't stop for me to log in . I just updated amd same thing .
Finger print log in never works! Frustrating! I even uninstalled & re-installed and still mostly doesn't work. It prefilled with my log in then disappeared
This app is very aesthetically pleasing. It's a pleasure to log into my account and have everything right there on a dashboard... TY
Crashes upon loading. Once the login page displays, it crashes a second later. I don't have a new phone with the latest version of Android; what I have has been around for years and there has been plenty of time to ensure compatibility.
If you do something as simple as switch to another app for a single instant you must restart using this app from the beginning. That involves waiting for the login to load, filling it out, and navigating where you were. You could say there are privacy concerns but this is my phone and only I have access to it. All that accomplishes is making the app harder to use
This is the worst app I have ever used. It will not let me log in. I have reset my password 3 times and it still won't let me login. It says that "User ID or Password is incorrect." I had no problems logging into the older version of the app. It won't let me register a new account because I already have an account. What is the problem here?! How can the email address be incorrect if it sent me emails to reset my password then send 3 confirmation emails saying my password has been changed.
Broken since Android 10 update. Worked fine before the latest Android update, now it just starts to open and then closes back to phone's home screen. Update- tech responded to problem and app now works as it used to. Good app, and more important responsive support.
Biometrics so not retain. Every time I close the app (or logout and close app) it forces me to re-enter my device password. And yes, biometrics work fine in other apps. App layout seems beneficial, if can correct issue with biometrics.
This app sucks. I have to delete and redownload most times just to let me log in. Pretty much everything, IF I can even get in, is all unavailable. With how much we pay for the insurance you'd think they could get a better app.
wont open just keeps buffering. no problems with old one. New one has only worked once. Have uninstalled and installed three times and still will not work for me.
I cannot get into the app. I've re installed several times but keep getting the same error never that content is unavailable. Used to work great.
After login, after hit all claim, the deductable and maximum are gone, also not able to switch to check out of network information. What happen. (I was able to check for those on and before April 1st) Update April 5th Thank you for your response and fix the issues. Sadness to say I send issue though "message" option in my BCBS account, up till now 18:33 CDT, I still haven't receive response.
Only lets you login correctly a few times then will say you don't have access to view anymore. The only way to fix is to clear data and restart. Very frustrating
Won't let me log on. I tried changing the password, still doesn't work. My user name and password work for the website...but not the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and didn't help. Pain in my butt, but I'm not going to the Dr and get charged an arm and leg for this pain!
The app is all but useless. Rarely can I ever get into the app. I've set up biometric sign in which on all my other apps works great. On this app alone it tries to sign you in but fails so you must resist to trying to remember the password which I've not used because I don't open the app because I can never get in.
Never works. Can't even get past the main screen.
Trying to get logged in is very difficult! If you do not memorize your login info it will kick you out of you change focus to look up the info.
Useless app. Doesn't remember user ID. Several features in the app direct you to another website and you have to enter user ID and password for each of them.
looks amazing!!!! easy to navigate and find information. easy ways to find and contact customer service if needed.
Went to Messages, then tried to go back to the home page and it basically crashed... blank, unresponsive screen. Did anyone test this?
This is the most useless app ..yesterday I spent an entire afternoon jumping through their hoops.finally called receive help chged password ..only to be told that it was incorrect .. so done with this app.
I registered online then downloaded the app and app says I either have wrong username or password. However I can still log into website. App is useless.
I've only been able access the app once in the last couple months, any other time the content is unavailable.
I can't log in. It says wrong log in information and while I am trying to enter my password it shows biometric lock, but it won't unlock
Biometric keeps claiming my password is incorrect, but won't allow me to actually enter my password as it kicks back to biometric.
This app is so darn slow. Feels like old days of dial up. Plus have start and clise app about 3 times before it finally loads right!
