As others have stated, the app refuses to open at all. The uninstall and reinstall has worked on occasion but that is a huge nuisance. I'll uninstall and use the studio's web site. I contacted the developer who said it was the studio's problem which makes no sense to me. Not helpful at all!

Worked fine when first installed, now I have features randomly not working for several weeks (e.g. couldn't cancel any classes for like 2 weeks). I also can't access the notification tab, or buy things from the store page (just comes up with a white screen). Also the bottom bar often flashes rapidly, which could be an issue for anyone with photosensitivity.

Good, when it actually works. Freezes up after every other use and I have to uninstall/reinstall to be able to reserve my classes. But interface is easy to navigate. Just would like this app to work consistently. Update 3/24: After 2 weeks of having to uninstall and reinstall this app every single day to book my classes, I downgraded to 1 star. Very annoying.

Disappointed with this app. My gym uses it to schedule classes and 9 times out of 10, it's not working. It's slow to load or won't load--hasnt loaded in 2 consecutive days now. I uninstall and reinstall and nothing. What I hoped would be a convenient way to connect with my gym has now become very inconvenient. One star because it's pretty. Id give 5 stars if it actually worked as described.

Very buggy. This app appears to be used by two yoga studios in town but I could only see one. After I used the website to log into the other one that I was actually trying to go to, the app became totally unusable with a user error and I couldn't even log in. Instant delete. Don't bother dowloading, just use the website and hope for the best. And pay for your class in person, not through the app.

Slow to load, and glitchy. All these 5* reviews must be incentivised. The app takes a considerable time to load class schedules. When booking a whole week's worth of classes, it takes ages. After booking a class, the app returns to the menu, and you have to search through the schedule from the beginning of the week again. Recent glitches requiring cache clearing and finally reinstalling the app. This can't be the best there is out there.

Unreliable. It was broken requiring a credit card number a few weeks ago, then it was resolved when I tried it a few days later. Now it won't even open. It's stuck on a screen saying it's updating, but it never proceeds past that. Uninstall and reinstall didn't fix it. I'm unable to even see the schedule for the studio.

This app is great, when it decides to work. It get stuck on the loading page and then just doesn't do anything. Sometimes if you clear your recents from your phone and open the app again it will work - but sometimes it won't

Both the wellness living app and website are frustrating to use. I've been having multiple issues with being charged correctly or being charged at all. It turns out you aren't allowed to remove your own credit cards from the website, you have to ask your studio instructor to remove them for you??? What kind of awful layout is that? My teacher has removed cards only for them to just be magically charged again. It's terribly frustrating and hardly user friendly

I cannot add another yoga studio. Two studios in different states use this app for clients to register for their classes. When I open the app I only have the option of the one studio. This doesn't seem right.

I'm so glad the fitness studio changed their scheduling software to wellnessliving! using their previous app was a disaster! I thought I need to be an software engineer to use their previous app! However, this achieve app is very easy and convenient to work with! I can now enjoy booking my classes.

This app opens maybe 10% of the time. The rest of the time it just hangs. I have reinstalled it 4 times but no change. Very frustrating.

very efficient and consistent app. using this more than 6 months now and I never experience any issues! I fully understand that every app has a ups and downs but has very minimal for this app. I recommend this to everyone.

Why can't I change businesses?? Nightmare. I just want to view a schedule and register for different places. The app has me locked into one place and the search for answers says to check the menu but there is no menu on android with the switch businesses option. Argh.

Hey guys! My review for this app is ABC. A for accuracy of the features and schedule. B for Brief, super easy to navigate and to schedule for a class. C for Clear. Everything works well and organise! Fantastic!

With this app, all is possible! I can do zumba, barre and yoga. I feel very motivated after seeing bunch of different classes and schedule from different gyms and fitness center in my city. I never felt this motivated before. Thanks to his excellent wellness app!

Use the system for our shop. They lied about the services they could provide regret ever signing up for the hundreds of dollars we dish out a month to have issues consistently for a year now ... we have appts that vary in price, they allowed us to adjust the price on them at first, then didnt, then apperantly "fixed it", and it goes back to the same issues, we have repeated this process half a dozen times in a year. So disappointed having to pull client records now and load to a new system :(

The software is extremely easy to use! Very quick and easy to setup. Facilitates Customer Intimacy! This app has saved me a lot of time which can be utilised doing other tasks in the day.

This App is like a toolbox where when it comes to fitness and workouts, everything is already here! I can book for a class, browse the gym's schedule and by what i want without talking to anyone. This also helps me to keep motivated with the rewards program, i love the leader board.

The app functions ok. i have an eyesight problem but cannot scale the font/screen to read much of it....so I do all my updates via the Web, and only use to see(?) my schedule....

For the first time, making class reservation in the yoga studio downtown has never been this easy! Just heard it from the yogis at the studio and the staff at the front desk confirms it, they are now using app to make reservation. just got worry because I get used of calling the studio but I was very amazed with the new process. thank you wellness app!

Before the update I was able to make purchases with the credit card on file and now I have to re-enter my CC everytime I need to make a purchase which is driving me nuts. It actually deters me from purchasing any additional classes from my studio cause it is so annoying to re-enter the information.

I love nature and support the paperless mentality. With this app, no more record log books, notebooks or messy paper. Let us all support great apps like this. easy to navigate as well.

I can easily find my favorite studios and book classes. Very convenient when planning out my workouts for the week! It always reminds me when my next class is scheduled.

It has kept me fit and healthy. I can schedule an appointments, schedule my classes, as well see all my fitness goals. Gets the job done, easy to navigate and clean layout.
