Have been a long time account with Wells Bank platte city. I absolutely hate this app! Every other time I log in, it will not accept login. Have to delete the app and reinstall with a new password. Using Samsung Galaxy 5g ultra plus. Also can't link external account with plaid.
I HATE this app, I can't use it at all. I already can check daily on the download I have but my Login/PW don't accept it on tnis app and I can't set up a new account using this app. The things I can't do on what I have is mobile deposits and deleting some old payees....I miss the red logo app at least I was able to do mobile deposits. It reallt helps when your disabled and can't get to bank...my, things have changed...
I'm another customer who isn't happy. The old app doesn't work on my phone (Galaxy s5). Wells Fargo apparently only want to work with people who keep buying new phones. Don't know if you realize, Wells Fargo, besides the expense there is the sustainability and critical materials problems with buying new phones. And I certainly won't buy a new phone just to use your app written by lazy people.
Woke up and found that the Wells Fargo app no longer works with my device Samsung S5. I will not buy a new phone when mine is still going strong. I've been forced to update Wells Fargo app before just to use it and I've done that but I draw the line at having to buy a new phone just to use the Wells Fargo app to do my banking. I have had Wells Fargo for over 10 years and my phone for 6. We angry and very disappointed in Wells Fargo at this point. Enoughs enough.
I hope you have another app, because this one wasted your money. You can't use your online passwords.
Im trying to install this app because on my old app for Wells Fargo it tells me will no longer run that app and i need the new..so I uninstalled the old one and installed this one...it wont let me log in on the new one.. Thats why the one star.

This application just gets better and better each quarter. Banking online with Wells Fargo has been the easiest and best experience compared to the other top banks in their running. Their plate form is the easiest to access with no crashing nor not being able to do what you can't do what is offered by the other banking applications. As well, I have not gone into the bank yet, and have handled all my banking needs online and through their excellent 24 hour service call experience.
