Does not give "haul route" directions to pads. Gives you normal Google map haul routes. Using these directions is a good way to get drivers fines and getting your company kicked off pads

Oh man let me tell ya this app saves the hassle from looking at paper maps drawn inaccurately from 15-20 years, wellsites and disposals down county roads WOW! I love this has satellite layers so you can actually tell structures and lease roads near the wellsite. I use this app more than any other on my phone, it pairs with google maps so it links the well or SWD your looking for directly to google. OH AND ALSO YOU SAVE THE PINS OF YOUR WELLS so your not typing in the well your looking for

App crashes when I try to manage my subscription. I can't contact anyone because they mysteriously go offline

The app has been great. But starting this morning I have to sign back in to the app everytime I open it. How do I resolve this issue? Everytime I open the app it says your session has expired.

New update is difficult to navigate, but has potential. On the old version, I could search for a well & it would show just the well(s) I searched. Now it shows all wells around it. It will show only the one you're looking for unless you click on the map, then it shows all surrounding. And there is no way to delete searches like the old version. Speaking of searches, the search function is slow; old version was spontaneous. Best way is to create a favorites list, but even then it's still a pain.

The new app rollout was confusing. They should have automatically merged existing accounts and not having to create new logins or at least walked us through the process. Also the way it was presented it seemed like even as a previous paid user I would have to start a subscription to use the app. (which I found isn't required) Anyway after the dust has settled and the kinks are being worked out and I'm getting used to it, I actually think it's great! Thank you!

the only thing lacking is being able to update the correct well site entrance. there are several wells that are right off of a main road, but the app/ google maps will send you around to the backside of a lease, and possibly a locked gate. the search menu is awesome and can find wells with minimal input into the search bar!! Been using this app for years. Today was having problems and emailed them. They replied back and had the issue fixed in 4 hrs! Changing from 4 to 5 stars.

I have a hard time with the new version same as other posts here I'll give old version 5 stars I don't like that is shows all wells around it and no way to turn it off and when I do search the well I loose half of the screen when it loads and when I try to go to it it shows all wells again very frustrating. so when I use it to get to the well it's harder to see. The only way to see by itself is use the route to map but I have to use it to try to find the route to it since maps goes wrong way

Another great app destroyed by greed. Have had this app for years. This new update has initiated a monthly subscription . I paid for the app, I paid for additional layers, now they want another $10 a month to use this app. I don't use it enough to justify the expense. On top of all that, the update had the shittiest timing. I was unable to sign in for several days. Am uninstalling this waste of data storage, very dissatisfied, as I had a month of subscription left, not credited.

Update: I recently installed the app on my new Samsung A11 phone, and it works great. I especially like the how the map automatically shows all nearby wells. I began using the app about four years ago and was very satisfied with the original app. I previously left a 1-star review after the app had updated on my Samsung J3 phone and would not display any wells. The support team did reach out to me to resolve the issue, but it would not work on that phone.

I've used this map for 3 years now in North Dakota and it's been extremely helpful. Every once in a while I'll come across a lease that doesn't show up but its understandable as very new ones don't. There are other apps out there that will take you directly to a well site but if you have half a brain and can use satellite mode to analyze a map you can save yourself the money and use this app.

I was extremely upset that the new app wanted me to subscribe when I had already paid for the earlier version. I sent a pretty heated email to the development team who responded right away and kindly explained to me that as a legacy user I could access all the data I previously had and how to do so. I figure the least I could do was delete my bad review and replace it with this one. Thanks guys! Your app makes life so much easier out here!

I have used this app for several years and it worked well. Then someone came up with the bright idea to update the site without knowing what they were doing. Now its terrible. I have emailed the company 3 times about missing info (ie.searching by API#) and the confusion of working with this new update. All I keep getting is a heartless "I'm sorry we're currently working on it or it will be fixed and updated tonight". All excuses, no fixes. Don't roll out an update if it is not ready. Not cool.

I love this app...been using it for several years, but when my phone updated all my apps last week, this is not working anymore...My email address is not recognized and I cant login. Update: Thank you for responding...nobody ever responded when I emailed help. I actually emailed help 2 days before doing the review...I figured it out on my own.The other day when I tried to set up new account, the app kept freezing when I would get to the screen to select states. works now. New format looks great

Trash app, difficult to use. Limited in it's area of usefulness. They use a auto renewal that hits you yearly. Be careful, when you decide it's not a useful app. Deleting and canceling it, wont stop them from hitting your CC for more charges and then refusing to reimburse.

So i paid for the upgraded version so i can see the pads on the map. And the cash came out of my acount, but i if i go to search for anything on the map, a very convinient pop up said error please contact customer support. This is trash. I would get it if it was free but you are going to take my mo ey and say error. BS

Its only the best app ever made. For people I see leaving reviews that the app doesn't take you to the well or directly to its entrance. It has a satellite image view. If you can navigate a map you can get to any well you want. Keep it up this is a phenomenal app.

Had an issue with transferring my favorites after a few emails with the support team, the issue was fixed. When. You get a new phone and export/import your favorites make sure go to apps, wellsite navigator, permissions and make sure storage is enabled. Thank yall again for the help!

Turn on satellite mode on Google maps. Verify where you're going first then make corrections as needed. Google maps will take you to the wrong place this app shows exactly where the well is. DONT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS! Once you figure out how to use it its very simple to use and at 100$ vs 300$ a bargain.
