When my mom had to take my son to the ER and I couldn't be there with them. Thanks to this app, I was able to read the visit summary and view lab results as soon as they came back. The ability to quickly attain this information allowed me to make informed decisions about his care. I really like that I can link accounts, having my family Heather records all in one spot is convenient and makes life a little easier. Over all, it's a great app!
Constantly not responding. Typically takes close to 5 or more attempts to log in. Shuts down with errors connecting to the server. Probably the worst app ever.
Really helps keep everything medical in one easy to use app. Available at any time you can communicate with your doctor directly and that's awesome
Very useful app to know exactly what's going on with your childs health. Every tests results comes really fast & accurate. I'll recommend this app to everyone who is a Wellspan patient.
I like the easy access and all my appts are kept here so i can refer to them and never miss an appt. I also like that everything can be virrual so i dont run the risk of getting sick.
I like this app, saves time at my office visits. Mostly, I can view ALL my information in 1 place. Contacting my Dr's. With questions is so convenient, easy and fast.
The app is constantly dropping, notifications are hit or miss and no one responds when you send feedback.
I like that I can talk to my drs,but would like more than 2 days to get back to me.but I love the app it has helped me out tremendously!!!
Quick, intuitive, wealth of info, time saving, and so convenient to make or change appointments, view test results and info, as well as to communicate with providers. A very useful and convenient app. Keeps you informed and you can do mobile check ins for your appointments/online questionnaires! This makes life so much easier when it comes to navigating healthcare in the Wellspan system!
Very intuitive app that gives you information when you need it all in one area. The updates seem to be pretty regular and only improve what is already a very well thought out application.
Works great and sends reminders which I need and love. I like having all of my info in one place.
Nice for results and looking at things....but won't let me schedule an appointment for anything but a flu shot or covid vaccine.....seems a little dumb since I need anything but that that scheduled

I haven't had any problems with this app, and I especially love the messaging and scheduling feature. The new design took some time to get used to, but I like it just fine. Some of the features are unavailable, and so they direct you to the website (which don't work there either, BTW). I hope these are fixed soon.
It's easy to use and I like being able to add my appts to my calendar from the app.
Very limited app. You can't upload testing documents to your doctor, unless they are a video or a picture. What good does that do? The app is so user unfriendly, that there us over an hour wait time for technical support. You need to simplify the app and expand the capabilities, this seems like a 2005 app, not 2021 1/2. Embarrassing fir you.
I like that I can make or cancel appointments from the app anytime I want without having to call the office and sit on hold. With the app I can find all of my medical history and print what needs printed, I can send messages for any questions I may have and they are answered fairly quickly, when I make appointments I can add the appointment to my calendar through the app the only issue I have had with the app is not being able to schedule an appointment for some technical issue.
App hasn't worked right since the update. And all for what? So it looks fancier? Can't pay or even view bills, can't do e-check-in, sometimes can get test results. Otherwise, error connecting to server.
Fantastic app. Great user interface, no flaws or bugs discovered as of yet, and a great resource for your health information. Highly recommend downloading and using the patient portal. It's benefits are incredibly useful!

Text messaging validation does not work. I've tried for over a year and never received the message for a verification code. Otherwise I love the app.
WTH happened to your app??? Ever since the "update" I don't see my team of doctors and only TWO show up when I try to make an appointment. So I try to go through the "what kind of appointment do you need" route & it ends up saying you can't make the appointment...I mean SERIOUSLY???? I thought this was to help free up the offices so they aren't on the phone making appointments all damn day? It is annoying and completely useless now, well done.
It was great. I'm Not up to speed on all the changes that the new app has like "short cuts" ect... I'll keep working at it, until I becomes way more fluent at all of it.
I can't log in, I always get a error message. Even if I copy and paste my user name and password it still says it is wrong which means I cannot access COVID vaccine waitlist spots when they come up. It has been like this for months!
I really appreciate being able to communicate with my health care team easily and seamlessly.
App is not convenient to use to make an appointment. Keep getting alert to update contact information. Have updated contact info multiple times, but will not keep updated info on file. I see little to no point of this app, and would not recommend!
