It's easy to use, but I was already compliant, so no change to my health. I'm deeply concerned that the terms for the MC they send you indicate you can exceed the amount loaded onto the card and rack up fees and crazy amounts of interest plus there is a monthly charge if there's no activity on the card for 4 months. When I asked a CS Rep about this, she denied this and hadn't heard of it, but I think it's what's given to you in writing that carries the legal weight.
Frequently l get so frustrated trying to make this app work. I have waited for "loading" 20 min then 10 sec to take a photo only to find the photo won't take. Sometimes I have had to come back to it three times for the app to work. I have had issues frequently over the past year and I am about to give up on this.
The app was great the first go around but then it started acating up. It goes back to beginning everytime, it doesn't recognize I submitted a picture so it bug me through out the day to take a picture & my meds. This go around the app is very annoying.
Stay far away. App hasn't worked properly since day 1. Will wake you up with reminders 4 hrs after it's too late. Won't give you your rewards. Will get your address wrong so you end up in a endless circle jerk between calling their help line and the card issuer. Their chat and call options in app don't work either. No one is at the helm and often any help comes from call backs that either come several hours later or the next day. The "rewards" are simply not worth the headache. Stay away.
Very unhappy with app. It does not accept my daily submissions; therefore, its a worthless app & a waste of my time. Sept 2021 thru Apr 2022 I've been using this app. It is extremely frustrating & a waste of my time. Way too many apparently unfixable issues.
Money for checking in each day would be great if it were accurate. If I check in for a full 30+ days but the app glitches or doesn't register the 31st and 32nd days then it's frustrating get penalized unequivocally. So much so it was to the point that I simply stopped using it because after a full month of checking in I still ended up getting paid reflective of only checking in for a couple weeks. PLEASE FIX!
Needs bug fix. Since the new update, it takes forever to load and won't allow me to view payouts. It times out. Very frustrating.
Love the ease of use of program to report you medications. There's a nice reminder that helps when you miss your normal reporting time for the day. You have 3 hours but if you're away from home it could be easy to miss your reporting window. This is a very nice way to earn rewards for doing what you do every day.
This app is benefiting my health. Prior to participating in the program, my worst habit was skipping does of my medications. The cash incentive is a motivating factor, but seeing the "streak" number go up and not wanting to go back to zero, really keeps me going. The only thing negative is that the app occasionally will not work. After talking to a support person (ever one I've spoken with have been great), I know now to simply uninstall the app, then re-install. There is no loss of data or progress. I just have to move it to my home screen. For this reason, if I could give 4 1/2 stars I would, but I can't I'll round up to 5.
Customer service can be helpful, or at least they try to be. The app has some major glitch issues that need to be taken care of. It's unmotivating when I lose $2.00 for one check-in that didn't upload or the app didn't function right or process it right, or whatever is going on. Appreciative of the money I received, just wish it was the real amount for what I did.
The app works good! This version for Android 9π is all set and works as it should. Good communication from tech support and encouragement as well. The only thing users should be aware of is when you are behind a VPN. You will be able to take a photo but it won't register (upload) and confirm even though it says it did. DO NOT use when your VPN is active. I don't know if this will change in the future but for now be aware and careful etc... Rock on. Thank You!😊
So yes I earn money for taking meds. But come on, two dollars a day and only $25 a month just is insulting. The customer service is great (when you can reach a live person). The app is very user friendly.
The App never reminds me... I allways have to set my own alarms... Is the App supposed to send out notifications... If the app is supposed to remind me can we get this fixed???
Well worth trying it out. Get $ plus keeps you aware of taking your meds, and eating a little something. In times like this we just don't want to eat, or to busy to take time for ourselves. Thank you.
I have had great customer service the entire time i have been submitting my medication use and verification. Sure ity have some work needed but i have always received callbacks and help quickly and i am not usually a patient person. Thank you for always doing your best.
I just Uninstalled and then re installed this app. Works great again! It's a wonderful experience! Makes a healthy difference in life quality! It keeps me focused.
This app is helpful with it's daily reminders to take your medications and blood sugar on a regular basis daily which is very important to me and my health. I am grateful to have it at my disposal!
I finally figured it out this morning why the first card I received didn't work! Even though there is no instruction at the checkout, you have to use the chip reader!
The app is easy to use. The plan itself helps me to remember taking meds by bringing the dose to the front if my mind. I know I shouldn't have to receive a reward for taking meds but tbh it helps
It is a wonderful app. And the customer service is exceptional... if you have a problem you just text and they help you in a jiffy.
when it works, it is great. Unfortunately for me, there are more days that it doesn't work. app closes, the picture button doesn't work, can't even get to the home page. However, customer service is great. They always return a text or call and usually can resolve the problem for the time being. The same problems keep returning though.
Mostly very good. Annoying to miss credit when you take your med just after the window closes. Longer check in windows?
Seems like a bribe, so there should be incentives to complete the rest of the goal by earning back dollars with a streak.
I used this app during all of 2020 and now I am using the app again for the year 2022 but this time I'm actually doing more and tracking more health issues I like the app I like the reminders they give and they're always so happy to have me check-in and always ask how I'm doing
This is a good app to use for making some money while you take your meds everyday. I wish we had time to read our news stories you send at times. We have to read them right then and there we can't come back to it at a later time.
Even though I've only been on this app for a month, I found that I'm a lot more conscious of my health regimen daily and with daily reminders to check in (you get paid for your check ins) you don't forget to do your routine that makes you healthy. It's easy to use, gives you your own routine so it's tailored for you and you get rewarded just for doing simple daily reminders. I have been improving my overall health and even lost a couple of pounds. I'd definitely recommend this app.
Equally I can't even log into this program. At the moment my experience is similar to the negative reviews. Called customer support got a voicemail that never happens
As of today, loading the camera each time has been taking 5 minutes or more. Like the rewards, but I have to spend a lot of time getting it.
No One Available. Ever since I downloaded the app I am unable to set up an account without physically speaking to someone. Seems quite odd. Then everytime I call I can never get anyone on the line! I leave a message like it says and never get a call back. What a terrible app and customer service. and I haven't even gotten to use it.
The app. reminds me daily to take my meds and the goal being for it to become a automatic habit which in turn keeps me well. It is simple and user friendly. It rewards you for staying on course which is a plus. I have only finished a little over 2 weeks so actual rating could change in future.
