Request a consult - Activate your account through the mobile app or online and request a consultation with a doctor.
Speak with a doctor – a board certified Doctor licensed in the state you are located will reach out to you within minutes. The doctor will discuss your symptoms and recommended treatment.
Pick up prescription – If your doctor deems it medically necessary, a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

they are an excellent option for a family on a tight budget. if you need a simple medicine to treat an easy problem but don't want to pay an enormous amount to see a doctor, these guys are great and give you excellent service.
Very bad glitching, the app was working great then it asked me to allow access to my Bluetooth for video calls now it's glitching and my screen shakes and it forces the app open even when I attempt to close it or go off the screen it pops back up and refreshes constantly while the screen goes up and down rapidly.
Overall easy to use, but can be a bit slow at times (could be my wifi, not necessarily the app). The availability of providers has been good so far, and I can't beat the prices I'm paying. I do wish that it would save my email or password for log in, and it's also strange that I can't edit my medications, only delete or add them. Overall a good app, but not great.
Fingerprint Scanner has to GO! I have used the app successfully in the past but now it requires me to scan my fingerprint. My fingerprints are impossible to get even when I've been printed for a professional license. They just look like a graph. So I can't even log in to use the app anymore. PLEASE get rid of that or use the iris recognition. This app is worthless to me now.

I have been using Wellvia for over a year now and can tell you that I am please and impressed. Same concept as the other telemedicine companies but smaller. But don't let that fool you, Wellvia is climbing. The app is simple to use. The response time is lightning fast! I don't believe I have ever had to wait more than 10min from log in through the app to call from the MD. Every issue I had called for was thoroughly assessed and resolved. Definitely check out Wellvia!!
Completely unusable! Requires you to enter your height/weight/etc, but can't save them, and won't let you progress. Guess I'll just die from this infection then. Why did my work have to switch telemedicine providers, never had this happen on MDLive. . .
WellVia is such a great convenient service that offers myself and my family optimum care. All the way from the agents who answer the phones to the Board Cert Physicians who deliver excellent service. I was informed that iPhones did a recent update that blocks 800 numbers automatically, you may want to make sure this option is disabled since the Physicians will not be able to get through to you. iphone users, go to settings, then phone, then make sure "silence unknown callers" is grayed out.
Can't get the App to even open. Called Wellvia and they walked me through logging on via web. But still can't get the App to work.
The app never works for me, I always have to just call on the phone. But I do like the service that I get over the phone.
Not a good alternative to seeing a Dr. They will not prescribe antibiotics because of it being through a phone. If you need meds just go to urgent care. The phone call will just be a doctor saying stay the course you'll get better
USELESS! Keeps crashing tried to make an appointment 3xs now. JUST CALL IN DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING THE APP.

terrible experience today,they took an hour and a half to call back just to let me know that their doctors were busy.Then kept calling me back periodically to repeat that their Dr was busy.

Biometrics break the app completely on Z Fold 3. Choosing the "ASAP" appointment time causes an appointment request to fail to complete and tells you to choose an appointment time at least one hour from the current time, so why is "ASAP" even an option? Update: 1+ Month later, still unable to schedule a phone visit ASAP, causes an error and forces you to choose an appointment time at least one hour from current time and the biometrics are still broken.
