Unable to trace the running records, not able to refresh the data. It always shows "Network or server is busy". Wanted to submit feedback also can't. Checked official website, Weloop has closed down their business and operation on 31st Dec. Software upgrade / support / warranty services is no longer available. Great!! Now I'm unable to login to the apps, can't use the watch anymore!! ๐ ๐ ๐ก๐ก
Started out good, for the money even the app was fine though could be much better - data export, map ... ... The watch - Weloop is all I need, provided you would spend more on actually useful watch faces instead of those infantile childish animal ones. Battery life is great, i wish there were more watches like this with the transflective display.
Cannot connect my Hey3S to my new Samsung A70. Worked fine with my Samsung S7 Edge. Have had no reply from WeLoop when I requested help. I tried all of the suggestions in the Help pages, but no luck. Update: Thank you, that solved the problem. The key instruction that is missing from your help pages is that you need to connect the device via Bluetooth from WITHIN the app. Can I suggest you update your help pages? Also, shame you took over a month to respond.
After I update this app, my Now2 is not able to connect and sync data. I did factory reset Now2, reboot phone etc but still no luck. This update has sever problem and looks like poor quality check before releasing to Google Play. Let's see how quickly Weloop can fix this issue... @Weloop software team: Please ensure quality of software update before public release.
Whilst the watch is great the bluetooth connectivity with android phones is lousy. A minimum of 3-4 times a day the app would disconnect from the watch. And I have had to uninstall and install the app three times! For the price paid for it, this experience is really terrible!
Great watch - excellent battery life. But terrible connectivity. Many problems keeping the app connected to the watch. When it's working properly, it's a fantastic watch. However, it doesn't work properly most of the time. Sad. Honestly, I can recommend that you buy this watch.
My Hey 3s stopped synching data and my Samsung showed an error in the app. e mailed the WeLoop help desk and got no respone. I uninstalled the app but phone wouldn't download it again. I tried this several times to no avail. Opted for a Garmin Foreunner in the end which is far better!
Good device and app. I'm using welooop now 2, and it works flawlessly after updating the firmware. But we need extra feature like remote photo, tap for reject or accept incoming calls, and changing watchface (clock design) in the future update. Thanks
My account is suddenly loged out and problem in signing in again by keep on requesting to enter password I've already entered. In fact, I've changed it just for the sake of signing in. Please improve, I'm not sure if my band is still syncing or not.
Cannot upload collected data. App says no connection, but it's ok. Watch becomes useless. If service or even company is completely down, it would be nice to have a warning. I wanted to download all my 3 years data to use it in another app. Unfortunately, it is not possible at all.
Had problem with synchronization after last update, everything is solved now, after last update of app and reset of device. I also like the new format the data is displayed, horizontal. Thanks to developer.
Was working good in a Huawei, but now changed to Samsung and my HEY 3S is not being recognised by the app although its connected to the phone and Ive followed the steps in the help menu. Too bad! Please help. EDIT: Weloop are not answering my emails. I cant use my watch now! EDIT: I got an answer from Weloop that fixed the problem, working now on my new phone! Thanks Weloop, keep up with the good work!!
App was working flawlessly with Samsung S7. But now using Oppo F9 Now2 keep on disconnecting several times daily. Have tried all the suggestion to lock the app, allow running in background and give all permission. Isn't Oppo and Olike supposed to under the same company?
Hi.. Eversince the new update.. All watch faces are gone and device cannot sync with phone. Pls do something. This would be the last time i bought oppo watch. Not anymore.. The experience was just to painful & wasting.
followed instruction from developers, able to connect in a stable condition with my Oppo reno and Now2 now, but everytime after syncing with the device, it shows : "Sync success" and then "Upload failed, please check your network"
Was doing fine all the way. Having a Neo paired with Huawei P20 Pro. But lately for no particular reason keep on reconnecting. Was thinking of resetting the watch but don't know how. Please guide. Thanks.
Many times i try to connect, still can't connect. After a few months i turn off, and then now i turn on and want to connect, many times i try still cannot find the device/error the synchronized.
I purchase weloop smart watch on 2018. Unfortunately I think they no longer supporting the new devices. Try to use the apps wanna reinstalled in my new phone. But couldn't find the apps anymore...

Got the app immediately. However I jus couldn't sync to my note9. Jackpot , as promised app will be back in playstore BiNGO!!! Enjoy using for my runs.
i can't upgrade it to V5.3.38 it's always show "firmware update failure, please keep connect from mobile to device and retry it" but i've tried it for so many times and cannot update. help me to solve it
It requires me to enter my password but when I entered my password it said it is wrong. I choose to reset my password, and ask this apps to send reset password to my email. But if failed. This thing always happen like lots of time

Have been using it for a year and the band was good. Daily connecting takes longer than the mi band. Just that when i changed to note 20 Ultra now its not connecting at all. Can Weloop help?
Weloop has closed its business and operations since 31st December 2019....found this snapshot in internet....no wonder I tried so many times to log in to Weloop apps it does not connect....the date on the watch is not tally to the current date....since log in to Weloop is not available....I have to replace Weloop with other brand
They have left off the app, no more updates since last year and show "Upload failed, please check internet connection", cannot sync data to the server side.

I have been using this app and the watch for 3 month and I've had a few essential problems. I used to have a Sunnto watch and in comparison with their app this app lacks some basic features. first of all, you are not able to share your workout on any sports social media such as Strava, which is truly disappointing. besides, you are not able to customize the number of data selection per minute which leads to inaccuracy during high intensity intervals. you cannot have access to charts check specific data on charts. you just have a picture of a chart and nothing else, which most of the time does not allow you to examine your workout accurately.
