Your app use to be my 1 goto for transfer and other transaction but recently I started getting, "no response from server. " and in most instances the money has left my account and in another instance it didn't get to the destination... While others get to but with the always, "no response from server, " error, I lose trust and faith in the app so... I'm moving to the next bank. When it's solve I hope to notify me and I'll be back
This new update must have been done by somebody working for enemies and rivals of WEMA bank. The loss will be heavy
This new Wema Bank App is total rubbish and it will make you loose must of ur potential customers if not rectify soon. It is better u introduce the old app again.... I went to 3 Wema Bank branch I even spoke with purple connect, no solution they said I should use online banking instead.
This is nonsense ,I updated my app &I was unable to log in into my account, all this rubbish permission is embarrassing , reverse to d old one .
Pls return this app to the old version, this is TOTAL Trash because the old version is the best banking app i hav ever use. This is very secure and fast.
Since the update I've not been able to log in my account. Its showing that this is a new device. I've entered the code to verify which was done successfully. I still can't log in
It is a dumbass update, it was a great app and it messed up at a crucial point. Wish I didn't update
Would kindly restore access by undoing the most recent update? Updates fix bugs but yours created bugs. App now tells me that my device isn't my primary device. A device that I started using with this app possibly before you got to Wema Bank. Oga Mobile developer, abeg balance well!!!
Used to be a very excellent app until the recent update and then.......total rubbish! I cannot move past authentication and so cannot do transfers to other banks. I also notice that there have not been any response from the bank on the numerous complaints here!

Nice one, but being a financial application the developer need to look into the security aspect of it.

on the 11 02 2016 i rated this application five star but immediately you upgrade this apps everything's became trash you better return the apps to his old version

I don't know why some people complained against the latest update. It took less than 10 minutes to do. I used my pin and otp from token and I am good to go. Thanks to Wema bank for giving us highly secure App
This particular update is not good Transfers or receive money isn't working The previous update was better Pls something needs to be done ASAP else the bank is a great bank
I have not been able to reset my password with this app. Just to send a password reset link to my mail, i do get an error response
