Your app use to be my 1 goto for transfer and other transaction but recently I started getting, "no response from server. " and in most instances the money has left my account and in another instance it didn't get to the destination... While others get to but with the always, "no response from server, " error, I lose trust and faith in the app so... I'm moving to the next bank. When it's solve I hope to notify me and I'll be back

This new Wema Bank App is total rubbish and it will make you loose must of ur potential customers if not rectify soon. It is better u introduce the old app again.... I went to 3 Wema Bank branch I even spoke with purple connect, no solution they said I should use online banking instead.

Would kindly restore access by undoing the most recent update? Updates fix bugs but yours created bugs. App now tells me that my device isn't my primary device. A device that I started using with this app possibly before you got to Wema Bank. Oga Mobile developer, abeg balance well!!!

I don't know why some people complained against the latest update. It took less than 10 minutes to do. I used my pin and otp from token and I am good to go. Thanks to Wema bank for giving us highly secure App
