WemoLEDs
Once you've managed to have your LED bulbs recognized by your Wemo LINK using the Belkin app, close it for good and use this app to control all of your LED bulbs quickly and easily.
WemoLEDs starts much faster, runs and switches your LEDs much faster, and enables more of your LED function than Belkin's app. It runs on many more versions of android and uses a tiny fraction of the system resources needed by Belkin's and other apps.
Use the included WemoColors for continuous programmable color changes when using OSRAM RGB bulbs.
Finding your Wemo Link, linking and removing bulbs, creating and editing groups are much easier with this app.
Use widgets on your home screen to directly switch your bulbs on, off, set brightness, set a sleep timer, or a fade timer. Assign your own images to the bulbs to create a custom home automation control panel assembled from widgets on your tablet.
Presets (and Presets widgets) are single touch buttons or voice control commands to change your LEDs to match your mood or needs
- more flexible than simple groups. Create a "Sleep" preset to set your bedroom bulbs to 50% dim and then to fade out over a few minutes. A "Night" preset can gently move all of your LEDs to a nightlight mode, or "Morning" to wake to a slow brightening, then turn off at daytime. A "Party" preset could turn them on bright, or a "Movie" preset could dim the lights for the show!
Touch the WemoLEDs Voice shortcut on your home screen or use "Ok Google open Wemo Scenes", speak your preset name, and watch your LEDs change.
Use an alarm to ease your lights down or off in the evening or gently (or abruptly!) wake you in the morning.
Break free of the Belkin app restrictions
- now you can easily pair your bulbs, create groups of bulbs, rename bulbs and groups, and change group members. Directly control each bulb even it's a member of a group. Access the hidden LED capabilities such as the transition and fader functions. Bulb groups in the belkin Wemo link are not stable and will often crash the Wemo Link, WemoLEDs allows you to create and manage your own groups to avoid this problem.
This app currently supports Wemo LED, Sylvania, CREE connected, GE Link, OSRAM LIghtify and OSRAM RGB bulbs (flex and gardenspot) using the WemoLink aka WemoBridge.
Note that this app is for local control of your LEDs only. When remote access or advanced automation is needed consider Automation Manager (FKA WemoManager) or use the Belkin app. WemoLEDs can be used together with WemoHome, Automation Manager, and even the Belkin app.

Just got the latest and now the app closes as soon as I open it.
Works really well. The interface could be more user-friendly, but this app actually works, unlike the official Wemo app which nearly rendered my bulbs unusable. I'm short, I'm pleased to have found this app.
I love this app, and it is so much better than the wemo app. My only problem is that I can't find a way to control it through my Google home. Could the developer suggest a workaround? Is there any way of using automate or tasker? I just really need the voice control.
So much better than the Belkin Wemo app. It's quick to load, responsive, and nicely laid out (with a few exceptions). Only major complaint is that the UI and widgets could use some polish.

Superb. Unlike the official WeMo app, it works. Every time. When the WeMo app faffs around trying to find stuff, can't see devices and crashes constantly, this app is completely reliable. Well worth the money, as are the associated apps.

Everything the official wemo app should have been but isn't! Despite registered on my link, my clear Osram CLA 60 bulbs wouldn't appear on its devices list. They appear and are controllable on Mike's app, though! Great Stuff!

Perfect for easily controlling all wemo devices without having to go into the clunky app from belkin. Also have the wemo home app this also works well. Sent an email to Mike with an idea I had and a few days later and it was done. Never experienced such good service from a app creator. Would give it 6 stars if it was possible.
Would you be able to make an app for the samsung gear S2? It would make using this app alot more simple and my phone is not always in my hand to turn on the light..but my watch is :)

*Edit* it fixed itself afterwards and a day or 2... no idea why but works fine now. Upped my stars to 4* Since the latest update it no longer finds my bulbs or my wemo link. The official wemo app is still syncing fine so not sure why this isn't finding them anymore....
The Belkin WEMO app takes ages to find the hub and attached bulbs. This app opens and connects in less than a second. All features of Belkin App in less than 1/4 of the time.
The basic settings are no better than wemo belkin app. The transition does not work for me. Also, the wemo-Scense action does not work(action apply fails). Any help to resolve these issues is appreciated.
I'm unable to control groups of lightbulbs trough "send intents" in Tasker. When using the ID of one lightbulb it works fine. Any suggestions? Otherwise I'm happy with this app. :-) Edit: thanks for the fast reply. Casting the UDN to a string in Tasker solved my issue. Here, have 5 stars. :-)

If you have wemo products, get this. It's so much better than the wemo app. The recent update fixed a few small issues to make this app perfect!

It works it really works but the reason for four stars and not five is for lack of control over other wemo devices such as the switch or the outlet if those were to be added this would be a prefect *UPDATE* Widget use to work but now force closing every time it is pressed the app itself does the very same and yes I have it fully updated
After the update, the app works great. Hopefully as many times as Belkin updates their Firmware, we wont have crashes.
After last update everything works fine and I can highly recommend this app as alternative for official one.
